“I was surprised when I checked in after paying upfront for my room that I was required to pay to park in the parking lot of the hotel I had already paid for the room in. I was charged an additional $20 just to park overnight. The room was sufficient for my needs, close to downtown, although the shower had minimal water pressure.”

“Perfect stay for going to a local show like the Palace Theatre as it’s within walking distance. Great breakfast till 9:30. The parking is also great as they utilize a garage next door that made it so easy!”

“The property was clean, good location, check in was great they even got us in an hour before check in which was greatly appreciated. They only clean rooms every 2 days so we did not have cleaning service for our 2 days stay, but they did bring us a second set of towels the first evening there. Our bathroom toilet was not super clean but still acceptable, the rest of the bathroom including shower was super clean. We did put garbage bags out after first night and asked front desk for...

“The parking garage smelled like urine. The concierge that checked us in was very business-like and did not offer any information on anything. I inquired about a place to eat and was told "go down fourth street." The room layout was nice and big, but the window was filthy with smears of some sort. ”

“Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day! We will not be coming back.”
