“Non working elevator and client disabled. Inadequate room supplies . Needed toilet paper had to report twice not enough towels. Curtain not working . Made reservation 11 months prior and was put in different building that didn’t have beach or access to beverages. Very disappointing.”

My only minor complaint is that all staff had disappeared at 9:00 during the 7-10 AM breakfast, and the American fried potatoes had run out, as did the waffle mix after I took the last of the batch, and several people came down after us to eat. There are several other restaurants very close by.”

When we arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected, she even let is check in early. The house was so much more than we expected.
