“ A hotel has control over cleanliness, upkeep, and service. This hotel ranks very poorly in service. Not a single smile from any staff at check-in, check-out, or requests. They advertise pickup from the airport is available but after a call before flight, after landing, and then 3 more calls after landing, the shuttle did not arrive even after an hour. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport! In my last call to the hotel, they told me they couldn't even contact the driver of the...

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“Easy parking, pleasant staff. Unfortunately thy had a student sports team stay the same night. That morning the free breakfast was devoured by the group of teenage boys. We had plans for the day so we had to check out earlier than we wanted due to having to go find breakfast. They said they had kitchen staff bring more food. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to wait. Again not the hotels fault. More so the inconsiderate juveniles. ”

“Room very clean, staff was wonderful! Breakfast was good. Hotel has Coffee and tea in the Lobby 24/7 Also, the hotel provides transportation to a lot of restaurants within one mile radius. I would gladly stay in this hotel next time I go to Portland, Maine. Nothing negative to report!”

“Bathroom door would rub on the floor and was very tight between toilet and door. At least the sink was outside of bathroom.”
