Che bella vista da questa casa a 3 piani. Devi attraversare la strada per raggiungere la spiaggia, ma puoi vederla da entrambi i ponti. C'è un 1 box auto. La cucina si affaccia sul soggiorno e ha un grande tavolo per 6. E 'completamente attrezzata con un fornello, frigorifero, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. Il soggiorno ha una porta scorrevole in vetro che si apre su uno dei ponti. Ha anche TV via cavo e un videoregistratore. The home was very spacious and allowed us all space to relax after a day spent exploring. The home had everything we needed—we were able to make some meals at the house and take advantage of nearby restaurants for other meals. We love the location on Tybee; it was very quiet at the north end, while still providing plenty of restaurants and shops close by. We also easily spent days off the island in nearby Savannah and Daufuskie Island, but we loved coming back to this home each evening. The home is obviously well-loved and could use some updates, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. I will note that the washing machine gave us a lot of trouble—no matter how many times I balanced the clothes, it would not complete its final spin cycle as it could not be balanced. It may be something that should be addressed so future guests can make use of this amenity. This did not diminish our stay—we had a wonderful trip and would definitely book again!

The condo was as pictured. It could use some updates/repairs and a deep clean (paint flaking, coffee maker was dirty, mildew in bathroom grouts etc.). But the location was convenient—about 2 blocks from beach access in either direction and close to some great restaurants. We had a nice stay but probably won’t be back to this particular rental.

great location, everything we needed

Clean, open home with nice decks and easy location to find. Walk to beach, resturants, and stores. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our group of friends. Easy check in and check out. Would stay there.

Favorite trip of the year!

We come to Tybee to attend the 10k each year. We stay in this unit and it meets our needs perfectly. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait for next year.

Christmas week vacation

Large, nice accommodations for family with 2 grown kids.Nice decks upstairs and down. But patio furniture is rusted and not safe to brush against. I do realize we are in off season. Hopefully it will be replaced soon.Kitchen is large enough for nice meal prep.

July 4th Beach Weekend

July 4th holiday weekend with friends at cozy condo close to the beach and within walking distance of Tybee Island restaurants, bars and the pier. Perfect location to enjoy the beach while also having access to Tybee Island amenities and a short trip into Savannah.

So close yet so far

The condo was easy to find & park at, & the interior was as described. We enjoyed our stay However, some info given was misleading, and some important points were entirely left out : number of bath towels were insufficient for an 8 day stay; the front entrance shown in photos is a facade so you MUST come & go from the back door, at which you immediately encounter a flight of stairs; the tv was not intuitive to operate (more a Roku thing than owner thing); the water faucets on the sinks were very difficult to operate-I had to pull so hard to turn on water that I was lifted off my feet; there was no laundry detergent, no extra blankets or pillows, no ice maker in the freezer; no extra trash bags, no chargers provided & outlets were inconveniently located to charge devices, no direct access to the beach, and no extras of any sort- no games, no music, no welcome basket, & very little decor. The place was comfortable, but basic. The mattresses were actually very nice & all of it was very clean. As for the beach being directly across the street, walking across that street to the beach was not really a good idea. The street was busy, you were blinded by the curve in the road, the access walkway was privately owned by someone else, & jaywalking is illegal with police officers all over ready to give tickets for minor infractions; the actual cross walk was a good walk down the street at which you had to U turn and re-walk the same distance. But the beach was very nice & uncrowded.

Perfect house for a girls weekend

We were in town for the race weekend and this was the perfect house for us to have girls weekend. The house was clean and comfortable with lots of space to spend time together or alone. We look forward to coming back again.

Comfortable house, nice decor. Listing said hot tub, but there wasn't one. Two dead cockroaches on floor when we arrived. A baby cockroach scurried across counter the morning we left.

Family and Friends Getaway

We did a cruise out of Jacksonville then drove to Tybee Island and stayed a couple nights and the area was great Savannah was great, the condo had everything we needed. I would stay again !!!

Wonderful vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was so close to the beach and walking distance to so many places. The beds were very comfortable. It would have been so nice to have provided a few extra things such as pot holders, extra kitchen towels. The kids were disappointed that there weren’t TVs in the bedroom so I should have payed more attention to that. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Christmas beach getaway

Perfect for meeting up with friends who were at the campground! The location is great for walk access street to beach, across street for ice cream and golf cart rental at sugar shack, next to great food at salt island fish, sunde cafe, pizza in wheels. It is a VERY busy road. Bring a sound machine or fan if u want to get sleep. And you can't really hear the ocean over sound of cars. But it's not as pricey as across the street Everything is dated but works fine. Furniture and beds are comfy and rooms are bigger than photos depict. For what we needed it worked perfectly!

Very nice and spacious

Lots of room for our family of 5. Served as a great homebase for our Tybee Island adventures. Small hiccups with a blanket and pillow case not being cleaned from the previous renters and the wifi password being wrong, but otherwise everything was great.
