3rd Floor. Great Views! Steps to the pool and beach. Waterfront complex.

This beautiful condo is located on the 3rd floor of the A Building in Savannah Beach & Racquet Club. The complex is on the north end of the island. It is a more quiet area of the beach. Great for a relaxing vacation! The complex offers a large pool with an attached small wading pool for little ones. Plenty of seating and umbrellas around the pool for you to use. There is a private boardwalk to the beach.

Watch the ships come in and out of the Savannah port. During the shrimping season, you will see the shrimp boats in the bay. And a lot of our guests are lucky enough to be able to watch the dolphins play. The waves are not as big as they are mid to south island so it's perfect for those with smaller children. There are no lifeguards on the northern end of the beach so keep an eye on young or inexperienced swimmers. The beach area is not as crowded as the beach around the pier on the south end... much more relaxing.

By the Sea condo is furnished with all you will need to enjoy a great Tybee Island beach vacation. There is a comfy queen size bed in the bedroom. There are two built-in bunks in the hallway that are smaller than twin size. Not big enough for adults but the little ones love them!

There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, pots & pans, plates, silverware, a K-cup coffee maker, and a drip coffee maker.

The living room has a 46" TV to catch up on the news after enjoying a beautiful sunset from the beach.

This condo was a great location and had a wonderful view of the beach. My only concern was the mattress was too hard for me and the light shining into the bedroom from the hallway at night.

The condo was great but the property felt unsafe. Security gate was never closed and there is no gate for beach access. We watched both nights people coming off the beach, fighting in the parking lot, and sleeping in their cars. Police did patrol one night. Despite this we did enjoy our stay. The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and I.

Loved it!

Great place to stay and great location. We loved being so close to the beach and it was fun to see the ships come in from the balcony. Short drive to the "downtown" area of Tybee and less than half hour to Savannah.

Relaxing location with a great view

Perfect place for myself and my 3 kids to stay for our short vacation. Clean, spacious, and supplied with all essentials you might need for cooking. Amazing view of the pool and ocean. Would stay here again on our future trips to Tybee.

So beautiful

Love the condo. It was even better in person. The view was perfect!. Quick walk to the beach. Tybean coffee is a brief walk from this site with additional shops. There is a laundry facility on site close to this condo. The elevators would have been a walk to use but we had no problem using the stairs as the condo was right at the top of the flight of stairs. The only issue we encountered was contacting the host initially after arriving early. The number on the website did not work. You could not call the number we were texted by that said (if you have questions to text this number) and attempted to text with no response. We eventually got in contact with another resort company on Tybee and they were able to get us a working number. This was no the fault of anyones and I forgot to let anyone know we would be in town before check in. The property manager was aware of the website/phone number issue. Overall great price for area and being ocean front seems to be a steal for the area. Loved it and would love to visit again.
