Questo bellissimo condominio all'ultimo piano con una camera da letto offre un mix di stile vintage e di lusso con una magnifica vista sulla spiaggia e sull'acqua, due piscine sulla spiaggia e tre campi da tennis. Tybee Portside crea l'ambiente perfetto per godersi la bellezza naturale e la tranquillità della sua posizione costiera a North Beach. È uno dei rari condomini di Tybee che ha una vista sulla piscina, sull'acqua, sulla spiaggia, sul faro di Cockspur e sul tramonto.

Il condominio Tybee Portside è un gradino sopra il resto in tanti modi. Gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e i ripiani in granito sono solo alcuni dei dettagli lussuosi di questo eccezionale condominio per le vacanze. L'appartamento è ottimo per una coppia, ma ospiterà una piccola famiglia. Un letto queen size con cuscini e letti armati si trovano nella zona notte. Dormirà quattro. Le tariffe giornaliere sono visualizzate nel calendario e le tariffe settimanali (7 notti) sono scontate del 10%.

Tybee Portside si trova nella comunità recintata di fronte al mare del Savannah Beach & Racquet Club nella tranquilla punta nord dell'isola di Tybee, dove il fiume Savannah incontra l'Oceano Atlantico. Questa comunità è nota per essere molto adatta alle famiglie poiché la North Beach è meno affollata rispetto al lato est dell'isola e le onde sono minime. La posizione è meravigliosa per osservare i delfini. Vedrai navi da carico di grandi dimensioni che passano e probabilmente vedrai anche barche di gamberetti.

This condo is very nice, with a pleasant balcony view. Easy beach access. Nice community pool. The location is very quiet and low keyed, but it is an easy short drive to the busier side of Tybee. We enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had were the cable tv and the couch. The cable was out while we were there so we had to mirror our phones to the tv to watch anything. So no tv viewing and scrolling the internet at the same time, it was one or the other. As far as the couch, it is time for another. One side is broken and won’t recline, and both sides are just flat wore out. Other than tv and couch it is very nicely decorated and has all you need for a nice stay on Tybee Island. Lots of good food nearby.

This place is grossly misrepresented. We left a day early because we couldn’t say another night. It states that it is a one bedroom. It is not. A one bedroom would require a door separating it from other parts of the condo. The bed is there waiting for you as soon as you open the front door with no door separating it. Inside the same area is a set of bunk beds. Do not be mislead, they are not normal bunk beds. They are not even twin sized. The condo states it is 560 square feet. A normal hotel room is 250 square feet and generally feels airy and has plenty of room to turn around and feel like a bathroom has adequate space to turn around. This condo is extremely crowded and you can hardly turn around, let alone have any privacy at all. Unless you are traveling with an intimate partner, it is not ideal. The couch in the living room is completely falling apart; the latches on the side of it don’t work and it is absolutely disgusting. The TV comes on, but in splotches. Don’t count on being able to catch a game here. It states it has luxury linens. That is an absolute joke. It also states that it has a breathtaking view. Let me warn you that the view is from high captains chairs on a balcony. You must overlook a parking lot, another building, and a pool before your eyes reach the beach and the skyline. As you try to sleep, air will come on and it sounds like a train above you. Most importantly, when I wrote the host, she was extremely rude and condescending.

The property was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly located just steps from the beach and close to everything on Tybee. Check-in was easy, parking was convenient, and the space felt like home. We would definitely book here again!

We've stayed at this location for a number of years. The view from the balcony is amazing. Being on the Cockspur Island Channel is great because we like the calmer water. When we tell people that we like to sit on the beach and watch the sunset, they don't understand how that can be. The only problem this year was the latch for one of the footrests on the couch recliner was broken. I reached out to Diane to let her know and she responded immediately. Installing ceiling fans in the bedroom and on the balcony would be a great enhancement. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this rental.

The view was excellent!! Just steps away from the beach. We saw dozens of Dolphins each day, and the beach equipment provided was very much appreciated. We basically spent the entire week on the beach. The next time we visit Tybee, we'll be seeking out this space.

25th Wedding Anniversary and didn't disappoint

Fabulous view, accommodations were clean, cozy and provided everything we needed for our stay! Diane was the best, always available and making sure we had what we needed. The balcony chairs is where we started with a cup of coffee and ended with a cocktail.Highly recommend a stay here!

Train in the bedroom...

Condo was good for a couple. Especially liked watching the dolphins each day from the balcony. Disliked the incessant noise from the air conditioners over the bedroom. Sounded like a train.

Beautiful and peaceful

Really enjoyed: * View * Quiet * Balcony chairs * Great packed, flat beach for running with fewer people than the other island side beach. * Great sunset views on this side of the island * Glad we stayed here vs. Savannah. Easy enough to drive to Savannah and enjoyed the calm peacefulness of the island (at least the weekend before T'giving) Caution: * Likely true for all Tybee Island options - internet is not strong. Fortunately we didn't have to work, but if you're thinking of working from here, need to find an alternative. * Bed is very high off ground * We did not need the extra cute (hard) bunks, but if we'd have had our kids, would've been worried about the top one with no barrier.

Wonderful Host

Wonderful host who accommodated our trip due to hurricane Milton. The communication was wonderful ! The property was average/ for the price. Condo had a little age but otherwise clean. Really only room for two guests or maybe a small child.

Absolutely Amazing

This was one of the most relaxing places. The views from the sunsets, ships, coast guard helicopters to the dancing dolphins were a joy to watch from the balcony. The location is close to everything but secluded enough to be that peaceful getaway everyone needs.

Perfect Stay

Cozy little condo, perfect for me and my wife. Although we had no issues and no reason to have to contact the host, she contacted us the morning after arrival to make sure everything was good. It is a quiet area and conducive to a peaceful ocean side vacation. I would highly recommend This spot to anyone looking for the same.
