Sempre benissimo sull'isola sud di Tybee! e breve guida a Savannah!

  • Il nostro condominio a due piani si trova vicino alla fine di Butler Avenue e si trova in una zona più tranquilla e più adatta alle famiglie che offre un facile accesso alla spiaggia senza strade da attraversare. Pensiamo che la nostra posizione renda la nostra casa uno dei migliori posti dove stare mentre sei sull'isola. Entro due o tre minuti dall'uscita dalla porta principale, puoi immergere le dita dei piedi nell'oceano, esplorare il lato palustre dell'isola o pescare dal molo sul fiume posteriore. Una passeggiata di cinque minuti vi porterà ai negozi nel "centro" di Tybee, al molo o in uno dei numerosi bar e ristoranti situati sulla spiaggia e Tybrisa.

    La casa stessa ha 2 piani ed è accessibile tramite un ascensore situato nel garage sotto l'edificio. Può ospitare comodamente 8-10 ed è strutturato come segue:
    Al primo piano, ci sono 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni con una moderna cucina e zona pranzo.
    • La camera da letto 1 ha un letto matrimoniale con TV a schermo piatto HD e un bagno privato.
    • Camera 2 è una camera fantastica per bambini con 2 letti singoli e una propria TV a schermo piatto HD
    • La camera da letto 3 è fuori dal soggiorno con un futon queen size molto confortevole.
    Il primo piano ha anche un portico avvolgente che è il luogo perfetto per sedersi alla fine di una lunga giornata in spiaggia, oltre a un comodo divano e una poltrona per guardare la TV.

    La master suite si trova al secondo piano e offre 2 letti queen size, un bagno completo, una lavatrice e asciugatrice e offre anche l'accesso a due ponti con una fantastica vista sul fiume sul retro. Sicuramente il posto perfetto per una fuga tranquilla!

    La nostra proprietà è un condominio a due piani. La nostra unità offre un parcheggio coperto per 2 auto con spazio per 1-2 veicoli aggiuntivi. WiFi gratuito è inoltre disponibile.

    Nota: è necessario avere almeno 25 anni per il noleggio.

This location was perfect to everything in the South Beach. Walking to the beach, perfect sunsets, shopping and restaurants. Easy drive to North Beach and Savannah.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The host responded very quickly when we had a question about the kitchen items prior to arrival. It is a perfect location quite near the beach. There was ample parking.

We were a family of 10. Here in Tybee for a wedding. Great place to stay. We walked everywhere. The beach. Restaurants. Quaint little bars. Would definitely stay there again!!Host very responsive and accommodating. Definitely 5 stars.

2nd Year Here!

We love this condo for its easy beach access, location near restaurants and the center of Tybee, and even more so, its walkability. This is the second year that we have stayed as a family at the condo and we look forward to booking it year after year!

The property was nice and clean. It was one block from the ocean. One of the door knobs came off and the host was quick to have it fixed. The grill did not work. We were there six days and was left only 2 trash bags. There was only 3 pods to run the dishwasher. There was not any laundry detergent for us to do the one load of towels before we left so we had to buy detergent. The elevator didn't work as well but with all that we enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice.

The location was fantastic and within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Parking on site is a real plus. The property is family-friendly. Owner was great at communicating.The only drawback was the building elevator was out of commission, so we had to carry everything up and down several flights of stairs.Thankfully, we had a few good knees and backs in our group! We had five adults and one infant, and it was the layout worked out well!

Excellent place to stay for Tybee Island vacation!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. The proximity to the beach is so convenient - just a short couple of minute walk and don't have to worry about figuring out where to park. The beach was great for kids and there are restaurants close by as well. We also enjoyed taking a boat ride to see dolphins and explore the island. The condo had several helpful conveniences like trash bags, paper towels, etc., cooking utensils and dishes, which was an added bonus.

Roomy and convenient location

The unit was very clean and the location was just a few blocks away from the beach and other attractions. The unit had comfortable beds and enough bathrooms for my family. The only concern that we could had possibly had was if we had someone with us that could not traverse stairs well we would have had an issue due to the elevator being out of order. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Excellent location and wonderful set up

We were very pleased with everything and plan to stay here again in the future. The only suggestion I have is to either replace or clean the couch and loveseat. There were a lot of stains on the seats which made us not want to sit on them. Everything else was wonderful!

Great Girls Trip

Property was great for 6 gals. Everyone had their own bed. The weather didn’t cooperate with out trip so we had a lot of time to sit on the porch and catch up. Walking distance to beach and beach front dining. We did rent a golf cart so that we could go to some places on the north end.

Good location

All good but elevator was not in working order and it was pretty difficult to get up three flights of stairs with all the luggage and food, especially at an advanced age.

Relaxing at it's Best

This was a much needed "Girls Trip" and the house did not disappoint! We had everything we needed, the location was fantastic. We were close enough to everything to be convenient but far enough away that we could enjoy a quiet restful time when desired. The house was lovely and we would definitely stay again. The only issue was the dishwasher. The top rack needs to be fixed so it doesn't fall down when loading. Otherwise, a top notch trip!

needs TLC

Our stay was for a Bach trip. We had an amazing time. Great location and communication, but we did find 3 roaches. The host said the house was due to be sprayed. Overall, the place could use some TCL. Missing some hangers, the deadbolt lock, and the couches had stains. The walls had many marks and tape on them. It just wasn’t the cleanest. The host did let us have a late checkout for the day. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay if you can over look some of the other stuff.

Great Girl Scout Trip Home Base

Our Girl Scout troop had a great time staying at this property. It was well-suited for our needs in terms of beds, bathrooms, kitchen facilities, and spaces for dining and relaxing. It was in a great location on Tybee. We appreciated the opportunity to stay all together and cook meals instead of staying in hotels in Savannah - and be near the beach. Be advised that the parking is quite narrow (2 cars back to back underneath the unit, with only inches to spare on either side of side mirrors). There is a space for one vehicle not under the building, but if you have multiple ones, be aware it is a tight squeeze (we made it without incident other than some tense moments). We would stay here again in a heartbeat as it was perfectly suited to our needs.

Fun in the sun

Property location was on point, close walk to everything and far enough away for a restful nights sleep. Property owner was quick to respond to any issues that arose and address them as needed. Only cons: if working remotely internet was subpar. Elevator wasn’t working ( we were notified in advance), 3rd floor was really only an issue when settling in, leaving or when carrying things. We would definitely chose this property again.

Super Lage, aber einige Abstriche

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön, die Lage ist ein Traum, sehr nah zum Strand und zu kleinen Geschäften sowie Restaurants. Abstriche gibt es für den Aufzug, der leider immer noch nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten jemand mit Krücken dabei, was leider sehr kompliziert war. Außerdem hatten wir 3 Kakerlaken in der Wohnung! Die Kommunikation mit Alan war super und am nächsten Tag kam direkt der Kammerjäger. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und Handtücher war leider auch nicht so gut.

Family weekend with Elders

The place was large and spacious perfect for number of beds, seating, and location to walk everywhere. Enjoyed the breeze out on the porches in the early mornings and evenings as welll. Coffee was stocked nicely. Would like to see more bath towels in each bathroom opposed to beach towels mixed in. Just 1 extra matching set with wash rags and all for each bathroom would be perfect. Our group of 5 ppl did not find any extra stored in the unit that we could add. Thankfully we brought our own towels to take to and from the beach.Parking was good for 4 cars (we had 3 compact and suv style cars with us). Building elevator was out and 2 of the 5 in our group were elderly in need of assistance up and down the 3 flights of stairs. We were not prepared for stairs for them or their luggage, so once they were up to the unit each day they didnt want to venture back out exploring. We made the best of it all and bought dinner in most of the stay or cooked. All in all it was a beautifully decorated space with lots of room for a young family to enjoy together. We would book again with All people in our party prepped to take the stairs when needed.
