  • Questo quattro camere da letto e tre bagni casa dispone di due camere per famiglie generose ognuna con la propria cucina. Altri servizi includono un mazzo per ogni piano. La camera a castello a tema marittimo è perfetta per i bambini, mentre la master suite vanta una doccia separata e una vasca idromassaggio. Ma la parte migliore di Hogan Retreat è la posizione. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia o al supermercato ea pochi passi da la Tybee Island Social Club, Sting Ray e le attrazioni turistiche e la vita notturna sul molo rende questo il luogo ideale per rilassarsi. E non essere timido di portare i vostri amici a quattro zampe. Hogan's Retreat Rocks

The place is well kept and located in a great spot near the beach. The recently added pool is a huge upgrade and really helped us enjoy our stay in the particularly hot Tybee weather. Would highly recommend!

Convenient

Property is easy to get to, convenient to beach, convenient to grocery, convenient to restaurants. It could use a little paint but overall very nice, condo had a great layout for my family of 12, pool is good, kids loved it.

The perfect beach house

My family loved this beach house. We would love to stay there again, but it looks like it is booked the whole summer. It was a great experience.

We were 4 adults staying for 7 nights and had a very nice stay. Beach access is great and there are tons of beach toys and a cart provided (cart needs some love). There are chairs, as well, tho we rented chairs and umbrellas locally. Beds were very nice and plenty of linens provided. Downstairs kitchen great for storage, but not really equipped for anything else. Upstairs LR, kitchen and master were spacious and clean. A few things kept this from getting a 5 rating:Leaky shower door, unless you slam and maneuver it just the right way. Rusted and non-functioning fixtures, peeling paint, mold in tub surrounds, drooping electrical lines in front (chest high), missing or badly installed stovetop knobs, missing drawer front, general junky and disorganized storage areas.We enjoyed our stay and would consider this rental again with some improvements.

Needs updating

Located close to the beach and convenient to restaurants.Small pool was fun for the kids. Furnishing and appliances need updating. The dishwasher was falling out of the counter. The fact that there was only one exit was a concern.

Family Vacation

Annual family vacation was great! We loved the house and the location. The house was a little dated, but plenty big and very clean! We had some problems with a breaker tripping the first day, and the property management company responded immediately and sent someone right over!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

The house was perfect for families with children. The pool was a great addition to the off season visit. It was heated well and we were able to enjoy even with temperatures in the 50’s! The location is very close to the beach and a very short walk to the store. We look forward to coming again in the future.

Great Family Location for Christmas

The rooms are spacious and had plenty of room for cooking Christmas dinner. It was nice to be able to spread out and have space. The basement room was a little chili and is separate from the rest of the house but it gave my parents privacy.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay. This was our second time and liked some of the updates. House had almost everything we needed, maybe a few more spoons. Pool added so much to the trip. One of my grands actually learned to put his face in the water and dove on down. It was great Plenty of beach towels and beach toys. Would definitely recommend. Close to everything

Beautiful, comfortable house

I loved this property. The proximity to the beach made a huge difference in how often we went down there, and it was really nice to swim and cool off in the pool. It was also convenient to the IGA and Tybrisa St. It was very roomy and clean. My only suggestions would be some nightlights and smoke detectors. But we very much enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The location is perfect and the company was very attentive! We had everything we needed and lots of beach supplies were available for use! The only issue was parking and our inability to use the garage initially because the golf cart vehicle blocked the entrance. They moved it promptly and promised to cover any associated tickets because of having to park off property.

Relaxing during July 4th

Only hick-up with the door code but a simple call got that sorted right away. The place is in an AMAZING location to the beach, had plenty of parking, included lots of toys for the kids, the heated pool was as lovely as it sounds. Some of the fixings around the house need a little TLC or replacement but other than that it was absolutely epic to be so close the beach with only a short ~100ft walk door to water. Cant wait to go back to the beach!

A Short, Sandy, Sunny, Sweet Trip to Savannah!

Hogan's Retreat was just what the doctor ordered for a little R&R, Off-Season in the South. A hop, skip and a jump to the Dunes Walkway leading to the sandy beaches of Tybee Island, this home offered our Family everything we need to enjoy our extended weekend visit. Three floors of living and sleeping space allowed us all to be together or apart if desired. The heated pool was the cherry on top of our weekend Sundae. A short 20 minute ride had us in the heart of Old Savannah, enjoying the charm and appeal of the Riverwalk area with its shops and restaurants aplenty. We hope to return In-season and get to enjoy the full benefits of Tybee Island and its beautiful beaches.

Perfect location! Great Property Management Group!

Ideal location with plenty of parking. House is a perfect multi-generational set up with two distinct living areas. Pool is a big hit. Property management group was great to work with. Extremely responsive and pleasant!! We have already rented it again for next year. A couple of notes: house does not provide a blender. Also the stairs can become quite steep for older people.

2024 Family Beach Trip

The House was a little dated, but that's understandable when its pet Friendly. The location was AMAZING! We were so close to the beach. The pool was perfect. We were in it every day. We also rented the golf cart with the house, which was nice to cruise around the Island. The house had all the amenities we needed. We did not need to use the room on the bottom floor, although we did open it to use the bathroom while in the pool. It did have a musty smell to it. Getting in touch with the property managers was easy and quick. All in all, this house was great for our family. We will definitely be back.

Delightful house very close to the beach

This is a lovely house, very clean, great layout for large groups. Plenty of comfortable seating. The big kitchen and large family room are on the top floor so there are a lot of steps. I have bad knees so that was a bit of an inconvenience but it wasn’t an issue for any of the others. The pool got a lot of use. Plenty of parking. No golf carts allowed on the street. If you rent one you have to park it a good distance from the house. I’d definitely go back.

Great location

Proximity to the beach was fantastic! Spacious upper floor for our group of 9 was great for gathering and socializing. Plenty of bathroom and beach towels. Plastic dining chairs were unstable and most were missing one screw. Carried up wooden chairs from middle floor to use instead. There were a few practical kitchen things missing: no pot holders and only one kitchen towel so we used bathroom handtowels; kitchen lacked measuring spoons and cups which was difficult because we were there over Thanksgiving. Good stay, but a few simple improvements that would have made it even better.

Vacation in Tybee

The posting did not disclose that the 5th bedroom and 4th bathroom were detached from the rest of the house and you had to go outside. Very inconvenient. Also no mention was given that the double oven did not work and the property manager was aware. The lighting in the master bathroom was poor with one light out completely. Two pieces of the outside furniture were broken causing 2 of our party to fall backwards when they sat in one of them.

Amazing Location

We loved our stay at the property. You are a few steps to the 11th street beach entrance which makes getting to the beach so easy. This is also one of my favorite streets on Tybee; you’re far enough from the pier for it to feel relaxed but close enough to walk places. I was also very surprised by the size of the pool. In the pictures it appears tiny but we we’re able to comfortably fit 10 people in the pool. We probably enjoyed the beach and pool equally on the trip. The beds were very comfortable and I thought the kids bunk bed room was very cute. There’s some wear and tear on the property which should be addressed( floors need redoing and bathrooms could use some updating; lounger needed to be fixed). The upstairs has been updated and had a great sized table for us to enjoy dinner together. We loved have 2 spaces for the adults and the kids to hang out in. I’d definitely recommend this spot for groups (we had 6 kids and 6 adults). I also appreciate the communication throughout the trip - the management company was responsive and very helpful. Thank you for making this a wonderful vacation for our family and friends!
