Goditi una vacanza sulla spiaggia perfetta in questo cottage Jane Coslick Design meravigliosamente restaurato e rinnovato. Ottima posizione nella storica estremità nord vicino al faro e accanto alle case da milioni di dollari nella fila degli ufficiali.
Sarai trasportato indietro nel tempo a una sensazione spensierata con gli arredi vintage e i colori allegri. Tutto è di ottima qualità e pensato in modo confortevole. La camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale si apre sul bagno principale. La seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli, accogliente e costruito in stile angolo cottura sotto grandi finestre. C'è un 1/2 bagno fuori dalla cucina. Una grande cucina a vista e un soggiorno / sala da pranzo sono l'ideale per trascorrere del tempo insieme, facendo grandi ricordi. L'ampio portico laterale schermato è una tregua meravigliosa per un caffè mattutino, perfetto pranzo e cena sul tavolo da picnic con il barbecue proprio fuori, e un ottimo posto per fare un sonnellino e leggere. Non vorrai mai andartene!
C'è una doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda che si apre direttamente nella vasca principale, perfetta per la doccia in qualsiasi momento e meravigliosa per lavare via la sabbia da una giornata in spiaggia.
Cammina, corri o pedala intorno al sentiero lastricato nel parco proprio dietro il cottage. I bambini adoreranno il parco giochi in fondo.
2 Smart TV a schermo piatto con cavo e wifi collegati per Netflix, Amazon, ecc.
Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono forniti in modo da poter trasportare la luce senza preoccupazioni.
Per le riunioni di famiglia numerose, questo è un duplex ed entrambe le parti possono essere affittate. I cottage Screen Inn e Mess Hall sono accanto come 2 Bed and Breakfast Inn.

This adorable, thoughtful, comfortable cottage duplex elevated our already-fun and restorative week in Savannah/on Tybee Island. As cute as the pictures are, the space is even cuter. The outdoor shower was so helpful in keeping our 7-year-old tidy, and the whole space managed to feel private despite the density of the Island and that it’s a duplex! The layout offers privacy within community. The kitchen is well-appointed; the living area comfortable; the porch with its sleeping swing a delight. I hope we get to go again and stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The location is perfect - less than a five minute walk to beach. It is close to everything and tucked away from traffic. It is also really close to nice walking trails. The cottage is decorated so wonderfully and everything is really clean. We especially loved the porch and the outdoor shower. The cottage is well stocked and beds are really comfortable. Evelyn is a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend!

The house was very nice and came with most of the kitchen supplies that you could need. Loved the back porch area and actually got engaged while sitting on the porch swing! The only downside to the house is that the floors were a bit dirty and dusty.

We enjoyed our stay as best we could. Got more of a hit from Helene than expected and lost power and cell service. Evelyn contacted me as best as possible and was helpful and refunded the part of our stay when we left early due to the hurricane. We hope to return again when the weather is more hospitable.

Property is an easy walk to the beach access, to the lighthouse, the park, and the fort. Everything else is an easy bike or golf cart ride away. This unit is the front part of a house and we never heard the guests in the back from inside the house. Outside was a different story though. The two porches (theirs and "ours") are right next to each other and their parking area is right next to "our" porch. So, we could hear them and vice-versa easily while on the screened porch. They weren't loud, just that close. There are curtains on the porch which mostly give you privacy visually, but it's not the audio privacy you'd have in a house if you rented the entire thing. Decor is cute and as the listing photos show. Bright and fresh. All of the amenities were not there or fully functional (minor things that did not detract from our experience but might yours.... Beach chairs, fireplace, shampoo/conditioner to make the main ones). I let the host know about everything so maybe it'll be great if you book. Parking is in the grass or on the street. We parked in the grass and ended up with a flat tire. It could use a good deep clean inside and out. Bring your own food storage containers if you plan on cooking. Checkout tasks were minimal which was nice. Overall a great stay but I probably wouldn't stay here again... too many other great options.

This little cottage was perfect - exactly as described. It is super charming, clean, so comfortable, very well-equipped (no food stuff though, you’ll need to bring basically all food - spices, condiments, etc), super close to the beach, and in a cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved this place and Evelyn was great and super responsive to any questions. The island is also great. It was HOT while we were there, so were glad we took Evelyn’s suggestion and rented a golf cart. It was fun, convenient, and made the whole island so accessible. The beaches were fantastic. Bring or rent an umbrella (it’s hot), but Evelyn’s chairs are great. The ocean temp is so warm it is amazing - I spent a lot of time in the ocean (we’re from NJ and I typically can’t get In the cold ocean until late July - and it’s NEVER as warm as it was in Tybee). Oh, food is great too. We loved the casual vibe, but great restaurants (good recs from Evelyn). This was a wonderful, relaxing vacation for us! Evelyn’s place is fantastic and Tybee is a great little Island - oh and it’s so close to Savannah (30 mins). We met friends there for dinner and drinks one night. It was so easy and delightful.

This cottage was perfect for our special occasion. It was so welcoming when we arrived. The screened in porch was great to wake up to and just go sit and enjoy the morning. It is located a perfect distance from the beach. We would definitely stay there again and I recommend others to enjoy it as well.

We had an incredible 2-week vacation on Tybee Island and the Cottage on the Green A certainly exceeded our expectations!! Our host Evelyn provided us with great recommendations on restaurants, local attractions and places to go and we enjoyed everything she recommended. The Cottage was a very convenient 5 minute walk to North Beach where we saw an incredible sunrise! The North Beach Bar & Grille was a great place to eat and enjoy some beverages after spending some time on the beach. We rented a golf cart for 14 days and we were so glad we did because it allowed us to experience the whole island and it was fun to drive on the 2-lane roads. We also rented bikes for a day to tour the island. The Cottage was cozy, clean and quiet and we would highly recommend this Cottage and its location.
