The Space:
Enter the beach cottage through the screened porch on the first floor, which features rocking chairs and space for nine people. The main living area is also on the first floor and includes a beautiful open kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating, along with a spacious dining area that has a great table for ten. The fully equipped kitchen includes a built-in beverage center that guests will enjoy. Nearby, there's a lounge area with plenty of natural light. Large, comfortable seating and other amenities make this an excellent spot to relax.

There is a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area, a huge flat-screen TV, built-in cabinetry, and plush seating. The main floor has the primary bedroom, which offers seclusion with a king-size bed and an adjoining bathroom. You'll also find the laundry room and a powder room for guests on this floor.

There is a fantastic additional living room with a pool table and TV for visitors to enjoy on the second floor. This spacious living area features plush sofas, a huge wall-mounted TV, and an additional sleeping sofa for guests. An in-room kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and sink is provided for guests' convenience, making it easy to prepare late-night munchies during billiards tournaments.

You'll find three comfortable bedrooms near the bonus room on the upper level. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 has a TV, a queen-size bed, and a twin-size daybed with a trundle. Bedoom 4 includes two Queen beds with French doors leading to the covered patio. The upper floor porch provides comfortable seating for the entire party. Sit back in one of the rocking chairs on the porch and take in the morning sunshine.
