Questo tesoro nascosto si trova convenientemente verso l'estremità nord, ma vicino a tutto.
La casa di grandi dimensioni con 1 camera da letto ha tre portici schermati per farti vivere un'avventura rilassante per eccellenza dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa esplorando l'isola o godendoti il sole.
La casa può ospitare facilmente 5 persone, con un sacco di cucina e spazio per mangiare.
Camera da letto è di grandi dimensioni e ha un letto king size. Il pouf ad angolo è un gemello estraibile.
Nel soggiorno, il divano si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale.
Il bagno completo si trova al largo della camera da letto, mentre il bagno di servizio è nel corridoio.
Per aggiungere alla facilità di ripulire tutti dopo una giornata di sabbia, c'è una doccia esterna.
La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici che ti aspetteresti. Frigorifero con porta-finestra, piano cottura doppio top in ceramica, lavello e lavastoviglie. Un sacco di spazio per riporre i cibi!
Un'enorme isola in granito che si trova facilmente 4 o più con un sacco di spazio per la preparazione del cibo.
C'è un tavolo da pranzo per i pasti in famiglia ..
Il corridoio ha un armadio lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice di dimensioni standard.
Il soggiorno ha un grande divano e una comoda poltrona reclinabile!
C'è un totale di 3 Smart TV situate in camera da letto, soggiorno e su quello spazioso schermato sotto il portico.
Internet con WiFi in tutta la casa.
Gli alti soffitti con un'abbondanza di finestre coperte da persiane di piantagioni danno a questa casa la sensazione di un ampio spazio aperto. Totalmente un ottimo posto!
Ora parliamo di quel portico.
Proiettato in (NO BUGS), 2 ventilatori a soffitto, ombrelloni per la privacy, un ampio salotto e una TV !!!
Anche il portico esterno della camera da letto è proiettato. Ottimo posto per sedersi e bere il caffè del mattino. Guarda un po 'di gente !!
Anche l'area al piano di sotto è schermata. C'è un biliardino e un gioco di pallacanestro di tipo arcade per bambini o adulti.
Sono disponibili due biciclette e 4 sedie a sdraio.
Che ne dici di quella posizione ???
Bene, l'estremità nord dell'isola sta crescendo in popolarità a passi da gigante.
La North Beach è a pochi isolati di distanza ed è possibile accedere alla spiaggia in un paio di direzioni diverse.
Vicino al faro, North Beach Grill, Tybee Museum, Shriner Club, Tybee Fort, Tybee Theatre e Jaycee Park si trovano a circa 1/2 isolato di distanza. Quel posto ha un grande sentiero, un'area picnic e attrezzature per parchi giochi.
I bambini lo adorano!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. We spent all day in the pool, and loved every minute of it! The screened in porch is perfect for relaxing and the neighborhood is great. Just a quick and easy drive to the beach. Would 100% recommend this property!!

This was our second time staying at Just Pinch Me and we absolutely love it. Lisa goes above and beyond hosting and is super helpful whenever there is an issue (even though there are rarely any issues). We have stayed in another house during a previous visit, because Just Pinch Me was booked, and we compared it to this house the entire time. We are definitely spoiled with Just Pinch Me and will definitely be back!

What a lovely vacation home! This was our second time staying here, and this time we were here celebrating our recent wedding! This place is comfortable and has all the amenities needed, as advertised. We enjoyed the addition of the spa and pool - it was nice on the cool evenings during our stay. We like the location on the north end of the island because it tends to be a little less touristy and less noisy than off Hwy 80 or other parts of the island. The house is right by a speed bump so sometimes big trucks can be a little noisy, but otherwise fairly quiet. Very short walk to the park - nice field, walking trail, and 9-hole disc golf course. Tybean Coffee was our go-to for coffee and breakfast burritos. Love the screened-in porch to wrap up the day and enjoy a movie or TV show. Definitely recommend this home!

We loved the screened-in porches and the pool/spa area. It was relaxing to come back to such a comfortable house after a day at the beach, which was just a short walk or bike ride away. We hope to be back soon.

We had an amazing weekend staying here. The house is like a resort from the pool to the screened in outdoor space to watch TV to the beautiful house. Great location near the lighthouse and North beach that doesn’t get as crowded as the southern beaches on the island.

This property is very impressive! The porch and pool are our favorites; however, we love the whole package!!!! We took our now 8 year old grandchild with us again this year and she had a ball. It is conveniently located to so much on the North end and is also in a safe area. We look forward to visiting it again and recommend it to all!

We fell in love with this place the first time we came down, and this is our 3rd time visiting.The place is great, the beach is close, and there's good food places to try out. Our kids live Huc-A-Poos. There's also a farmers market at the light house on Mondays with some really cool stuff. So if you run across this place in your search and wondering if you should check it out, you should. You won't be disappointed.

This was our sixth stay on Tybee Island. We have rented different beach houses each stay. This house is one of our favorites! The location is wonderful. It is so close to the park, lighthouse, and beach acess points. The house was super clean and very nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and heated perfectly! The screened in porches were such an added benefit. No bugs!! I highly recommend this property. We look forward to staying here again soon!

WOW - Just Pinch Me Indeed! So much to say about this wonderful property, from the covered porch to the covered balcony next to the bedroom! This is an absolute gem of a place to stay and at a great value. Just far enough from the beach (but not too far!) - and also with a private pool and hot tub for quiet relaxation. Can't stress enough what a great and responsive host Lisa was! We will definitely rebook!!!

Lisa was an amazing host! Quick and helpful communication! This was our first time visiting Tybee/Savannah and it was everything we expected and MORE! The neighborhood and house was perfect and exactly as described. Super clean and welcoming, spacious for our family of 4. The heated pool/spa was perfect for spring break weather with temps in the high 50s. We rented a golf cart to get around the island. Rental is walking distance from the house and reasonably priced. North Beach is walking distance as well and gorgeous! Everyone we encountered was super friendly and made us feel like locals (doing tourist things haha) . We will most definitely be back, SOON! Thanks Lisa!

Just Pinch Me was the perfect accommodation for my husband and I for a week at Tybee Island. The spacious house has been recently updated and was extremely clean. It is the most well appointed vacation rental we have ever stayed in. They have really thought of every need. We loved the private pool and game room, and the screened in porch. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!

We had the absolute best time at this little cottage on Tybee Island! Our boys, ages 8 and 5, loved the game room! And the pool was perfect for us to wind down our days. Property was clean and in a perfect location to lots of attractions.

Everything about our stay at "just pinch me" was simply wonderful. If you are looking for a get away, this is it and you won't be disappointed. The brand new pool and hot tub that is fully screened was one of the reasons I picked this property. The extra large and screened in porch overlooking the large water oak was where we spent so most of our time. Nice breezes during outdoor meals and a great place for morning coffee. The house had everything we needed and was very, very clean. No detail was overlooked. Close to the beach, park and a few awesome restaurants nearby as well. Our communication with the owner was top knotch. When I discovered the blender was unusable, a brand new one was at the house within 24 hours. We loved our stay and we've been to Tybee a lot. We can't wait to come back. A memorable vacation. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home.
