A Great Beach Vacation

The property was located in a great place on the island. Close to restaurants, the south beach, and the pier. The property is very nicely furnished and well stocked. If you are planning to do any cooking there, you will need to bring with you all of the basics including salt and pepper as the property doesn't have any of that. The beds were all comfortable, the linens were great, and the balcony so fun to sit on and watch the beach activity. We had a great beach vacation.

Family vacation

Great location for easy beach access and easy walking to several restaurants with delicious food. The only suggestion I’d have for owners would be to put a high top table on the balcony for a better beach view. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

I would rent this place again. Even though it is a dated property and in need of updates. The location is perfect . Right at the pavilion pier and all the food and shops.

AMAZING Service , Location, and View!

I have to tell you the check in process was super easy and quick. This particular unit, you can't get into until about 5pm unless it's done early, but that was ok! The elevator made it a quick unloading process. Once we were settled in, we got to see the amazing view of the beach that was literally right across the street! The place was super clean! They have updated a lot of the furniture since these last pics were taken on the website. The open concept of the kitchen and the fact that it was stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking dishes, a hand mixer, a Coffee/ Keurig cup combo coffee maker, cutting board, sharp knives, tea pitchers, measuring cups/spoons. If you are a cook, this kitchen is for you. You don't have to bring a thing! I brought some things, extra cleaning supplies, dish washer pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, things you use a lot of... It DOES have a working ice maker in the freezer!! It made plenty of ice. In the front closet , they even had a few things for the beach. The only thing I wish I would have brought, but didn't , was extra towels. That's it!! There was a twin bed, a queen bed, and the master had the king bed. We did not use the jet tub in the master bath so we can't say anything about that except it was clean and ready to use! I 100% recommend this place all the way down to the customer service! I will rent this place again. If you are smart, you will too! Thanks Tybee Vacation Rentals!! We heart you and the group there!

Nice Place, Nice Room

Eight of us, 2 kids and 4 adults, stayed comfortably for 6 days. Great location to people-watch from the balcony!!

Great Stay

Me and my family had a wonderful time! The condo was convenient to EVERYTHING. I couldn't have asked for a better location. There was some sand in the dryer and some of the furniture/coasters had chips and scuffs but other than that everything was clean and beautiful! I would definitely recommend staying her. They also provide 2 parking spots in a covered garage and in a gated lat. Very safe, kid friendly, and relaxing!

Amazing Ocean View Property

We love this property. The living room furniture could use s little updating but is functional. The cable box was not working, but who watches TV on vacation anyway right?

Don’t believe photos

First, I’ve been renting at Tybee for 13 years. We saw the unit and knew it’s location was fabulous. That was true. Secondly, We had to wait an hour past check-in time to actually get inside, as well. The cleaning crew was behind schedule. Thirdly and most importantly, the photos do not show the poor conditions of the furniture, bathtub tiles, master shower, etc. I should have called the manager upon arrival after the dresser drawer in my sons’ room literally fell out onto our feet. It is so beaten up and needs a carpenter to make it safe. The phone in the master bath looks like a weapon with an exposed piece of sharp metal on the antenna. The master bathtub has tile coming off. The wall decor is faded out and the kitchen even has Christmas pieces in it. The couch sounds like a whoopie cushion every time you sit on it and the mattresses are fairly the same. The unit has so, so much potential but it’s not up to par with similar properties on the island in its present state. With Jane Coslick and Chip Gaines fairies, this rental could be the best of the best but it needs a major makeover. We will NOT rent here again. Shop around. The island has much nicer properties for the same price point.

The home is wonderful. It’s close to everything, had plenty of space and was nicely furnished.

This place was great. The only thing that could have been better was a couple of recliners to kick back in for a nap after a long day on the beach.

The beach VIEW was awesome. It was a great stay during the week. However the weekends were way too noisy. I didn't prefer the Fannies crowd overlooking our balcony. I was also very disappointed with the condition/appearance of the refrigerator. It looked very scratched and dirty on the outside.

Everything was great, but refrigerator was not cold enough; had to relocate items to cold spots.

Enough room; kitchen stocked with needed items; we had issues with refrigerator keeping things cold. We had to move items to the "cold spots" to keep them cold. We would definitely rent again despite the fridge problem. Loved the location and ease to access Tybee hot spots. Great condo!
