Questo 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni condominio di fronte all'oceano è un perfetto fronte spiaggia, al terzo piano, con vista libera sulla spiaggia e sull'Oceano Atlantico. Si trova all'interno del complesso Beachside Colony Resort che offre tre piscine comunitarie una delle quali riscaldata, accesso diretto alla spiaggia e un ristorante in loco, The Deck. Sarai anche situato di fronte al Memorial Park, con un parco giochi, campi da pallavolo, campi da basket, campi da tennis e la Biblioteca e YMCA.

    Questo condominio offre un ventoso fascino costiero che farà sentire gli ospiti come a casa. La zona giorno è luminosa e aperta con viste spettacolari e accesso al balcone coperto. Respirate l'aria salmastra e godetevi la brezza dell'oceano dal balcone arredato. La zona giorno dispone di un divano letto Queen per ulteriore spazio per dormire e di una TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD integrato. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 4 persone, e ci sono 2 punti nel bar per la colazione. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, compresa una lavastoviglie. Vi è una rondella e asciugatrice impilabile a grandezza naturale situata fuori dalla sala insieme a un bagno completo per gli ospiti.

    Questo è un ottimo posto per 2 coppie o famiglie. La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto king size e offre un balcone privato con vista sull'oceano. Il bagno principale ha una combinazione doccia / vasca. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto queen size e un facile accesso al bagno sala con una cabina doccia. C'è un ascensore situato in questo edificio vicino al condominio e le scale si trovano nelle vicinanze. Questo condominio è pet-friendly, a un costo aggiuntivo.

    Per i gruppi che viaggiano insieme, è possibile combinare la Beach House 432 con la Beach House 442, direttamente sopra, per una capienza di 12 ospiti.

    Questo condominio ha internet wireless per gli ospiti. C'è un parcheggio in loco per 2 veicoli. NOTA: i SUV più grandi potrebbero non adattarsi al parcheggio, specialmente durante le ore di punta / alta. Beachside Colony offre calore della piscina tra i mesi di ottobre-marzo. Beautiful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. Had everything we needed and then some. Only criticism we have is, there should be better outdoor seating. Hard to relax on the balcony on small metal chairs. Tybee is a lovely place.

Nice Beach Condo

This condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs (wish I had known that). The view and location were excellent. The only thing lacking on the property was outdoor grills…which wasn’t that big a deal.

Incredible ocean views

Stunning views, we’ll-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, and very clean. Good instructions for everything. Easy walkway to the beach. Only disappointment was that the on-site restaurant we so hoped to frequent was closed for the season (not mentioned in the listing).

Needs cleaning

The view and proximity to beach were fantastic. The issue is that it was dirty. I dont think the floor has been mopped in years. Within 30 mins of entering the property the soles of my feet were covered in black grime from the floor. Not dust or sand, but a black residue that was all over the condo floor. It was gross. We bought a wet wipe swifter to mop the house so our toddler wasn’t sitting in gunk. I will not be renting another place from this management company as their cleaning standards are lacking.

Beautiful property on the beach with restaurant.

We woke up to a tropical storm warning. There is one grocery store on the island. A road about to flood. Warnings of tornados. Get flashlights, bring in furniture, close windows and doors. Roads might flood, electricity might be lost. There would be no way for us to get out in a few days and get to the airport, so we left. Good customer service, in my opinion, would have been to help us get off the island. I left some clothes behind and am unable to get them back so far. It was a beautiful condo, but overall not great experience. No, I would not go back.

beach vacation

The apartment faced the ocean and was lovely. Just enough room for 2 couples. The elevator was not working when we arrived, and we were in the 3rd floor. One phone call to the property manager, and they had someone out to fix it immediately, and the elevator was working within a couple of hours. The restaurant on premises was very good, even though they ran out of oysters one night. Parking on Tybee is a challenge at times so plan accordingly when going out. Beaches are public so they tend to get a little crowded, but they are clean and have plenty of room for everyone. Nice to be so close to Savannah for a night out on the town.

Wonderful Stay!!!

The condo was so nice and clean. Everything was thought of from laundry detergent, dish soap, hangers, coffee pot, coffee filters. It made everything very convenient. It was very very clean! Great location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Will definitely be returning!!!

A perfect location with great Ocean views. Very spacious and well maintained condo.

The condo was exceptionally clean; meeting my wife’s phone expectations which is very hard to do. The ocean view was great from the balcony and the Condo/complex is pet friendly. Would definitely visit again. Been to several beaches around the world this would compete.

Tybee Island

This was our first trip to Tybee Island so we loved having the gorgeous view of the ocean from the living room it was gorgeous! The space was very bright and clean. The pool was nice as well and the grill restaurant was delicious. My only complaint would be the pillows and the mattress wasn’t the greatest. Thanks for a great trip overall!

Relaxing Quaint Beach Trip

The property is really nice and practicing social Distancing and masks. The room could have been a little more cleaner around the edges of rooms. The beds could use more comfy matress. The rooms really need a luggage stand . Everything else was great! The view the beach access ammendenties are awesome. The pools are much smaller than pics but the restaurant and bar on site was fabulous ! The ocean is so calm and relaxing the town is the best ocean town we have been too with plenty home town restaurants ice cream shops. We rented bikes and golf cart which made are trip so much funnier and able to visit the north and south ends within 10 minutes or less. It was so wonderful being able to see all the unique homes and driving to the restaurants, shops and pier

Could be cleaner

The view when you walk into the condo is amazing; however, upon closer look of the condo it could use a deep clean. The floors had sand on them, the baseboards were dirty and a broken chair was on the balcony. The elevator area was also dirty.

Deceiving!!!

The description was newly renovated, there was a lot of problems with the property. The door jamb was pulling from the wall, there was a 1/4" gap on the inside between the door and the jamb, the door jamb was all scratched up, the screen door to the balcony was bent, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, looked like someone spilled something on the door jamb in the bathroom that wasn't cleaned up and the curtain hooks wasn't connected properly to the rod. We wouldn't rent this property again!!

July 2019 Stay

This was our first visit to Tybee Island and we thoroughly enjoyed it, wish we had come a long time ago. Check in and out was hassle free. Unit 432 was perfect, it had everything we needed and no issues accommodating a wheelchair. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Property was nice overall. Our only issues were (1) kitchen sink had a leak, (2) TV did not have a built-in DVD player as advertised so we couldn't watch the movies we brought, (3) floors were a bit dirty, and (4) there were no blinds on the windows on either side of the door so anyone could see right in.
