Situato all'estremità sud di Tybee, sarete a pochi passi da molti negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni famosi. La posizione ideale è a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Una popolare attrazione a sud della spiaggia è la famosa zona del molo e del padiglione di Tybee. Avrai accesso facile e rapido all'area ricreativa di backbay di Tybee situata in Alley 3. Questa area ricreativa sulla spiaggia è famosa per la pesca, il kayak, il paddleboarding e il bombardamento - per non parlare della posizione più bella dell'isola per ammirare un tramonto! Anche in prossimità delle attrazioni più famose di Tybee, "Wave Call" è valutato 10 su 10 per la sua posizione appartata privata.

"Wave Call" è una casa sulla spiaggia decorata professionalmente con tutto il fascino di un cottage sulla spiaggia costiera e le comodità moderne delle case di nuova costruzione. Il portico avvolgente schermato, l'altalena del portico, una buca per il fuoco all'aperto e pavimenti in pino sono solo alcuni dei servizi che aggiungono fascino a questa casa di lusso. Il cortile ben curato e completamente recintato è incorniciato da alberi costieri e giardini.

All'ultimo piano della casa si trova il portico avvolgente e schermato, il soggiorno / sala da pranzo open space e una delle suite Master. Il portico schermato ha molti posti a sedere, un'amaca e un tavolo da pranzo all'aperto. Ci sono diversi fan del portico all'aperto che aiutano a rendere il portico uno spazio per godersi tutto l'anno. L'open space del soggiorno principale, zona pranzo e cucina rendono questa casa ideale per intrattenere e trascorrere del tempo con la famiglia o gli amici. La cucina rinnovata presenta ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici di alta gamma, un frigorifero per il vino e molto altro. Il tavolo da pranzo formale ha molti posti a sedere ed è aperto sul soggiorno. Convenientemente al largo del corridoio all'ultimo piano c'è un bagno 1/2. La camera da letto principale all'ultimo piano ha un letto king size, accesso privato alla veranda protetta e un bagno completo annesso. Il bagno della camera da letto principale ha un doppio lavandino e una grande cabina doccia.

Il piano intermedio è l'entrata principale della casa. Le doppie porte ti conducono in un invitante ingresso. Direttamente fuori dal corridoio dell'atrio d'ingresso ci sono tre camere da letto. Due di queste camere hanno un letto matrimoniale e una delle camere ha due letti singoli. Queste tre camere hanno accesso in comune a un bagno di dimensioni standard fuori dal corridoio. Il corridoio d'ingresso è complimentato con alti soffitti e scaffali pieni di libri.
Fuori dal corridoio è una quarta camera da letto che è la seconda Master Suite. La seconda Master Suite ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Il bagno completo annesso ha una vasca per i piedi ad artiglio, doccia in piedi e doppio lavabo.
La sala multimediale al piano intermedio è lo spazio perfetto per una serata al cinema in famiglia. Questa camera è dotata di una grande TV a schermo piatto e divani letto in tutta la stanza.

Il piano inferiore di questa casa è il garage e una doccia esterna doppia chiusa. Ogni piano di questa casa è accessibile tramite scale o ascensore della casa.
Il cortile completamente recintato è eccellente per i giochi di famiglia e per creare ricordi di vacanza che dureranno una vita. Divertiti a raccontare storie o a fare smorfie nella buca per il fuoco all'aperto!

This house is perfect for a family vacation! We loved the enclosed porch and the media room for family movie night. The home was clean and comfortable. Location wise, it is walking distance from the beach and numerous restaurants, and just a short drive from Savannah. Highly recommend =)

We went with a group of 10 girls for my sisters bachelorette party and this was the perfect space! Plenty of places to sleep and bathrooms to get ready. Lots of lounge areas downstairs and on the stunning wrap around patio! The kitchen was fully stocked so we could make meals at the house as well. Just a short walk from the beach and many cute restaurants and bars. Savannah just a short Uber away to enjoy more bars, activities and spooky ghost tours! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to any large groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing get away!

From the cozy atmosphere, to the wrap around porch (that hammock is FABULOUS), to the library shelves that provided an amazing read, to the claw foot tub, this home is everything you need on vacation. There are multiple beach access points nearby and wonderful restaurants a short walk or golf cart ride away. It was also a wonderful location to take a stroll with our pup. This home was a wonderful choice for our family of 7. We will be back!!!

We rented the house for a girls weekend and the house is simply amazing. Plenty of room and with most of the bedrooms downstairs you can still socialize if some want to go to bed early. The wrap around porch is the best. I will say do not try to pull a large suv in the front drive. Go around to the back and park.

Great house for adults and kids. The TV room was a hit for the kids. The adults enjoyed the screened porches and the spacious kitchen/dining room/living room. A very short walk across the street to the beach. Perfect house to hang out and just have fun.

There were five of us who were having a fun girls getaway weekend and Wave Call checked all of our boxes and more. Very spacious, numerous bathrooms, comfortable beds, and we especially loved the outdoor veranda on the top floor (a couple of us fell asleep outside before moving into our bedrooms). We have already talked about going back!

This was a beautiful home with a wonderful location to the inlet and the beach. There were eleven of my immediate family, ranging in ages from 68 to 8 months. We had more than enough room for time together and time for ourself. It was a short walk to either the inlet beach or the ocean. We spent every evening swimming and watching the sunsets on the inlet beach. It was less crowded than the other beach and very calm which the younger children enjoyed. We loved our time at Wave Call and plan on returning in a couple of years.

We rented this home to accommodate 2 families with older “kids”(24-28) plenty of room to spread out. We had big dinners every night with friends that dropped in and there was plenty of room. Loved being so close to the beach and “downtown” Tybee! Beautiful home! Would highly recommend!

This home was perfect for us. We have a larger family, and every detail this house is amazing. The kitchen was great for cooking, and it had plenty of storage for food items we brought down. The screened in porch was our favorite feature. We did karaoke night, and puzzles. The large table was great for dinners. Added bonus was bicycles. We had an incredible time and very much love this house

My family and I have had the privilege of being able to travel many places, and we always joke how fun it would be to live in that place we are visiting. This time it was for real! We simply fell in love with the town, the home, the beach, and the level of relaxation. The home was amazing. Perfect for our family, and had everything that we needed. The decor was so cute, and the trees and seclusion of the property was just perfect. Everything was just absolutely perfect.

The house was beautiful—so tastefully decorated and spacious. We absolutely loved the house. Unfortunately the listing stated that one room said it had a queen and two twins so we were planning on putting three kids together in that room and had to reorganize everyone’s sleeping situation to accommodate. The adirondacks were broken by the fire pit and need to be replaced, the bedroom off the front of the house had a broken pin that made it impossible to fully close the door and the keys to the property were nearly unusable they barely fit. We had to lock from inside and go out bottom floor. Aside from those things we were very happy wirh this home. It was close to the inlet and the outside porch areas were wonderful.

Wow. What a beautiful beach house! The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything we needed. Our late check-in went smoothly and we were welcomed with lights on and temperature adjusted. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pan/utensils. Each bathroom had plenty of towels/soaps and nice amenities. We especially loved the discovery of BIKES which we enjoyed during our visit. The outside wrap around balcony (screened in) was heavenly and the hammock quickly became a favorite “chill” spot. The kitchen ,master bedroom and living room are on the 3rd floor but the elevator made everything easy to move/carry. As a decorator, I really appreciated all the attention to detail and the well-thought out interior design. Wave Call is absolutely beautiful and for our family Spring Break 2020...the Right Call.
