Tranquilla casa sull'isola del sud con biciclette

WiFi, arredi aggiornati, camere da letto tutte dotate di tv a schermo piatto. Questa casa privata è completamente fornita per le tue vacanze. POSIZIONE!!! Cammina fino alla spiaggia principale, al molo sull'oceano o sul molo sul fiume. 4 isolati dall'oceano, 3 dal fiume di fondo. Abbastanza vicino perché i bambini possano andare in bicicletta e rilassarsi al molo. A piedi o in bicicletta anche per molti ristoranti e locali notturni.

Il livello del garage è un'area all'aperto con ping pong, biliardino, biciclette e deposito di articoli da spiaggia. Si apre sul cortile privato con patio, posti a sedere e griglia a carbone. Parcheggio MAX 4 auto. Doccia esterna chiusa con acqua calda / fredda.

1 ° piano con soffitto a volta è spazio aperto - comprende cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno, pavimenti in legno, portico arredato, camera da letto con letto king size, camera da letto con due letti a castello, bagno completo, armadio lavanderia. Goditi la veranda arredata con il caffè del mattino mentre ascolti gli uccelli tra le palme. La sera vedi i favolosi tramonti dalla veranda, a meno che non cammini per guardarli dal fiume sul retro.

Al piano superiore Master Suite molto privata e spaziosa con letto king size e due letti estraibili, ampio bagno con vasca e doccia separate, cabina armadio.

Meg's house on Tybee Island was perfect for our family of 6. The house itself was clean, had comfortable beds and probably one of the best stocked kitchens we have had for a vacation rental! The house was an easy walk and/or bike ride to the beach and downtown area. There were a couple beach carts, plenty of chairs and boogie boards that we were able to bring to the beach. It took us less than 10 min to walk to the beach. The kids spent plenty of time using the game area and the bikes were a nice touch. We used them to bike around the island and up to the lighthouse area. Meg was so nice to deal with. She called ahead of time to make sure we knew what was available at the house and what we needed to bring. She promptly answered any questions that I had. There is a reason that this property gets great reviews! You won't regret it if you get a chance to stay at Meg's house! I am so glad our family was able to.

Super cute house within easy walking distance of the ocean. There is plenty of seating, which is nice for lounging in the living room (not that we did that much!). The kitchen has whatever you need. The beds were comfy. Stingrays, Treylor Park, and Mi Vida are all a couple blocks away - all delicious options. Meg was a great host and made sure we were prepared for a fantastic stay!

Might Be the Best Spot on the Island

This house is located on a quiet street in a low-key neighborhood within easy walking distance to fisherman’s walk (great spot to fish off small pier or walk on beach), the beach, the busier south end shops and restaurants, and, if you’re a little more adventurous, you can make the appx .5 mile to a beautiful and less traveled beach at the southern end of the island where the ocean meets the river. Our family also biked to the nearby grocery store, the north end to eat, and around the neighborhood for fun. The house had everything we needed and more to entertain the kids (lots of games, cards, cornhole, beach toys) and we were very comfortable during our week’s stay. Kitchen was also very well stocked with the cookware we needed to make several meals. The house was very clean. The listing is accurate. Not a single complaint. We’d be thrilled to stay here again.

Perfectly Cozy & Beachy!

The house is the perfect combination of comfortable, charming, and still light/airy/beachy! There’s large windows for plenty of natural light, but easy blinds when you’re ready to get cozy. Tons of things for your beach trip o help you pack lighter! From all the beach necessities in the carport, to a full kitchen, and even plenty of games, the house comes prepared. Meg was very knowledgeable about the island with lots of recommendations, and accessible for any questions. The outdoor shower was a highlight for us! Getting off the beach and being able to rinse off was perfect to help keep the house clean. We fell in love with Tybee island, and I believe the house was a big part of that! Highly recommend this rental. Thanks Meg!

Grad Celebration

Our stay at Meg’s was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the walkability to the ocean as well as the back river. We also walked to several restaurants. The house was very well equipped. Having bikes to ride was a nice touch and a fun way to explore the island.

The Perfect Beach House

The house is more like the owners' home than a rental property. It is fully equipped with everything you could want in the kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely living room, and covered porch with comfortable cushioned furniture. Lots of bikes, ping pong, corn hole, etc. Updated, casual, beachy style decor. Quiet neighborhood in a great part of the island. Our daily walk took us out the front door down to The Pier and along the smooth beach around the tip of the island and back along the inland costal waterway. The owner is the nicest person we have ever rented from. Highly recommend! You and your family/friends will be delighted!

Great House, Great Host, Neighbors Though...

We travelled from Oklahoma and stayed 5 days for a Spring Break college visit. The layout of the property and proximity to both the local beach and to Savannah and other areas is perfect! The amenities are exactly as advertised and the beds are super comfy. Meg was a great host and helped a bunch toward the end of our trip when health concerns came up. One thing to watch out for though, the neighbors seem to be on constant alert for any shenanigans (I hear this area gets bombarded by hooligans from time to time) so adherence to house rules are a must. Really enjoyed our stay here, will come back in the future.

Peaceful Beach House

This home is absolutely beautiful. Clean and convenient to the beach. The hostess went above and beyond to make sure we were safe as Hurricane Helene caused some strong storms our way. Meg made sure to give us real time updates when power was out and roads were closed. We will definitely book here again. The home is perfectly situated and we were able to walk everywhere on the island we wanted to go. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Wonderful stay

Meg and this property were both a wonderful experience. The location size of property and amenities were spot on from the other reviews and description. We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. I would definitely stay again at this property in the future. 5 star experience all the way!!

Tybee vacation

The house was just as shown. Very clean and well kept. There were a number of bikes available to us. The kitchen was well stocked. Meg was very easy to work with and we has a wonderful time.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, walk to the beach

This was our first visit to Tybee Island and the house had everything we needed, including the fabulous Meg who contacted us far in advance to answer any questions. Everything was clean, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the beach chairs and umbrellas were used daily. Great place for a beach vacation with a little history and fine dining not far away in Savannah. Highly recommend!

Everything you’d want, and more

We were here for a week. It was a perfect place to stay after exploring Tybee and the surrounding area. The home was in a nice neighborhood. The house was filled with everything we needed for a day at the beach. We also enjoyed sitting on the covered porch while the rain came down. There was comfortable seating for tv watching. The big table was perfect for game nights. The beds were comfy. We will stay here again if we come back to Tybee.

Best Location on Tybee Island

This place lived up to it's description and more. It was close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The house had EVERYTHING you would need for enjoying the island--bikes to get around the island, two beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels--literally EVERYTHING. The home was stocked with all of the necessities and it was beautiful and comfortable. Sitting on the front porch was wonderful. And Meg couldn't have been a better host. She was very informative and she answered every question we had. Tybee island itself was great--the beach was beautiful, there were plenty of dining options, and everyone was very friendly. There was no need for a car (4 adults), and we felt like we had stepped back in time with how relaxing everything was.

Wonderful Tybee Property

Stayed at Meg's home early March with my family. First, Meg was hand's down one of the best hosts I have ever experienced. She had great early communication with us and then throughout the stay to ensure we were set up for the best experience at her home. There was a parade scheduled for our arrival day and she went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get onto the island. The home is beautiful, updated, well laid out and very well equipped. You can tell it is a personally used home. The beds were very comfortable and the upstairs bathroom has amazing water pressure and shower head! It was a huge perk that bikes were included. We utilized them every day to explore the island. The home is in a great location, a short walk to the beach and the downtown activity with restaurants, shops and bars. We originally had plans to explore Savannah more but we just didn't want to leave the island or drive a car. There is a grocery store close by but it is a typical island store. Kroger/Publix/Walmart is about 20-25 mins away but since the home was within the delivery range of Instacart we opted for delivery. While it wasn't quite warm enough for us to use them, there were 2 beach carts and multiple beach chairs provided for guests use. Meg's home really is a gem and the care provided to ensure guests have things they need and are set up for a great vacation is exceptional. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break
