Perfect for large groups, all ages, no stairs, pet friendly, fenced front and back yards, parking for 6 cars. Sleeps 10, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Guest favorite is outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Best mid-island location. Short 3-block, 5 minute walk to beach at 7th-Street boardwalk. Beach chairs, beach buckets, shovels and toys, wagon and carts to haul your gear to beach are all provided.

Fun for everyone! 6 big flat-screen TVs, free wireless internet, 6-person hot tub, patio with charcoal grills, tables and umbrellas for outdoor cooking and dining, outdoor golf putting green, tiki bar, grassy area for badminton. In the back is also 'Granny's Game Room', a space with bumper pool, foosball, board games, puzzles, and books.

Beds Galore! 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen, 2 Full Bed, 2 bonus queen futons in main house. "Granny Game Room" behind main house has 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. Granny's Game Room is one big room with beds, game room and bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 beds are in large separate building that is "Granny's Game Room". Foosball, table games, extra refrigerator also.

Relax on 2 screened porches front and back, comfortable chairs and sofa for lounging and enjoying your Tybee Time.

Enjoy the colorful kitchen’s top-of-line KitchenAid stove and oven, dishwasher, countertop microwave and convection toaster ovens, garbage disposal and refrigerator. Two extra full-size refrigerators for your drinks and big stuff are in the garage and another one in Granny’s Game Room. Washer and dryer in laundry area in garage.

All the plates, bowls, mugs, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, cookware you will need. Even big pots for your shrimp and low county boils. Seat 10 or more at two farm tables and chairs in dining room and butcher block countertop.

Owner’s family has enjoyed this beach house for four generations. Your group will love love this Tybee cottage. There is plenty of room for everyone to stretch out or hang together. Available year round for sizzling summer visit, quiet fall and winter visits, and beautiful springtime visit.

Family Vacay!

We loved the layout of the house and the game room! It gave everyone a quiet space of their own when they needed it, but also common areas that allowed us to group together as a family for meals and entertainment. Although the pre-check-in indicated we would get starter supplies of various items, there was actually plenty of the items in the rental, so we used very few of our own supplies during our stay. We like the fact that it was a short walk to the beach and appreciated that they had supplies available for guests including chairs and a beach cart. We used the screened-in porch several times during our stay which was quite relaxing, especially during the times it rained. The house was clean in every way other than the floors. They weren't incredibly dirty per se. However, it did seem that they had not been cleaned since the last guests. It wasn't anything that would cause us to not go back and stay again. It was a great house. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay very much! We would choose this house again when returning to Tybee Island.
