  • 13B Cedarwood Ave., Tybee Island, GA, 31328
     Situato direttamente dietro lo storico Officer's Row (John Mellancamp è il nostro vicino!), questa parte tranquilla di Tybee si trova vicino al Faro e a North Beach.
    Piano terra, cortile recintato, soffitti alti e finestre molto grandi che permettono a tonnellate di luce naturale di riversarsi. Questa casa è stata completamente ri-decorata e progettata. Il cottage ora offre 2 bagni completi e un ulteriore "water closet!"
    Pieno di arte di artisti locali e reperti vintage, mobili comodi e meglio di tutto il portico molto ampio con sedie a dondolo. Davvero un incantatore del sud di una casa! Questa casa è una dimora storica, e il proprietario della casa ha aggiunto un ulteriore bagno completo per un totale di 2 1/2 bagni! Ancora un'altra caratteristica unica della nostra casa! Questa è la metà del duplex con la Mess Hall degli uomini in fila dall'altra parte. Entrambe le parti sono tranquille e hanno ingressi separati / privati. Hai bisogno di spazio per una famiglia numerosa? Affitta entrambi i lati!
    Parcheggio fuori strada gratuito per 2 auto.
    Età minima richiesta: deve avere 25 anni di età per affittare questa proprietà.

Play park for the kidos is right behind it. Good parking driveway close to house. Charcoal grill was a bonus.

From the point of making the reservation to the entire stay, the people and cottage were excellent. So close to everything (food, lighthouse and beach). Add the history of the cottage.

We really enjoyed staying at Screened Inn. The online description is very accurate, but it doesn't say just how cool the accessories and decorations are in the place. The whole experience felt very authentic to the time frame of the property. We loved the front porch and spent a good bit of time there. The beach access isn't "typical" but walking through the secret passway felt like a grand adventure. Dealing with Mermaid Cottages was the easiest communication with property managers I've ever experienced. They were available on the spot, courteous, helpful and so polite. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Our vacation was very enjoyable, and the property was simply delightful! The folks at Mermaid Cottages were very friendly and helpful. Check-in/out was simple. We loved the Screened Inn house. It was just perfect for us. We are already planning our next stay at Screened Inn in the Spring.

An amazing family trip!

The house was well appointed and in an amazing location both on the island and to get to Savannah and surrounding attractions. The private beach access was amazing. The house was comfortable and we appreciated the historical significance of the property. I could not believe that we had neighbors, it was so quiet. A king size bed in the master would have made for a better night sleep, but the property is pretty much perfect. We would love to visit again! Thank you!
