This was our second year staying in this condo and was just as enjoyable as last year. Love the location and view of this condo. The kitchen has everything you need. The restaurant on the premises is always enjoyable and so convenient. We have stayed at Beachside Colony for three years now and love it!!! Check in was so easy. We look forward to next year.

Great vacation

Location was great. View was amazing especially the sunrise. Great food on the island. Recommend The Cranshack and Pier 16. The Deck at the condo was awesome. Great not to have to get in car to drive to restaurant. Everything was great. Will be back one day. Highly recommend

Perfect stay

We loved this place. It was very clean and the view of the ocean was amazing. Was exactly what we wanted. However, we were supposed to have 4 people in our group and we stayed 8 nights we were left with 4 towels. They should leave more towels or laundry soap to do the laundry. The price you pay for rental is significant and I don’t think this would be unreasonable. Other than that, perfect!

Great Beach Get-A-Way

The apartment is very nice and was very clean. The beach view was fabulous! The pool area was nice although it was too cool to use the pool during our stay. We were supplied with 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwashing pods. This was not enough for our 9 day stay so we had to purchase more. There were enough other supplies. The curtains in the bedrooms are not room darkening and there is no curtain on the living room window. This would only be a problem if someone needed to sleep there. The bedrooms were fairly light in the morning. The beds and pillows were comfortable as was the furniture. Parking was easy, but we were three during off season. Management was very helpful and check in/check out was very easy. Even when arriving after hours.

Great Stay!

Great location! A few days before check-in, the property manager sent us a GPS link to their location so we could check-in. The check-in/check-out process was easy. When we arrived, the condo was very clean. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, cookware, plates, glasses, etc., to do any cooking we wanted. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes for us. It's an easy 20-minute walk to the downtown area, and several great local places are within a 5-minute walk. We really like the beach store across the street. The Deck Restaurant on site was very convenient for cocktails. We did not try any of their food, though. The St. Patrick's Day Parade was right across the street. We sat on the second parking garage level to watch it so we did not have to get out on the busy sidewalks. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all during our stay. We got up early every morning, walking down to the fishing pier and back to the condo. The beach was also clean, and people respected keeping it clean. The two hand towel racks in both bathrooms were very loose, and the one in the master bathroom was just hanging on by a thread. When we realized this, we took both hand towels off the racks and left them on the sink area to not make the situation worse. Those will need to be fixed or replaced as soon as possible.

Tybee Getaway

Lovely! Gorgeous views and breeze. Property was perfect for our girls weekend. Only note is there is zero coffee, but 2 types coffee makers, Zero shampoo/conditioner and no blow dryers in the bathrooms …unusual especially in this price range to not have these common basics. Plenty of cooking utensils and appliances but no spices or kitchen basics…completely gorgeous though!!!

Beautiful Place on the Beach

We loved our stay in this condo on Tybee Island! The view of the beach was amazing - sitting on the balcony with coffee to watch the sunrise over the ocean was a highlight. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. It is exactly as advertised and the location can't be beat. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy as well. I highly recommend this property!

Great stay on the beach great pools

Perfect location wife two pools and and a great Restaraunt on the premises. Over looking the beach and extremely easy access to the beach made this a keeper in our book!! We will be back!!

Great place on the beach.

This is my secomd time to stay here. Its right on the beach with s great view pools and restarant on site. Its done from the pier so it is quiet and relaxing. Very clean too. I will be back again!

Great location

The view is great. Easy to get to the beach. The place is nice and has a great setup. Love the entryway that is separated from the rest of the house so we could dump all our beach stuff and it was out of the way. Very well equipped with most things you would need and easy bike ride to most things on the island. Only negatives was the uncomfortable pillows, a few nails poking up in the carpet and one window has no coverings which makes it hard for a teen to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the morning.

Great View

The view was amazing and the unit is in a great location. Beaches were beautiful and not crowded. We enjoyed the pools and the on-site restaurant was convenient and yummy. The unit was great. Our only reason for not giving a 5 star is that the carpet was not clean and the full bed mattress was terrible for sleeping. We enjoyed our visit and will return.

Great beach condo

Lovely beach condo in a good quality, but not super fancy resort type setting. View of the ocean from the balconies was WONDERFUL. Condo was updated, clean, pretty well stocked with dishes (but definitely bring trash bags, paper towels and other supplies) and beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool opened up the day we got there (hooray!) and kids loved it. Too many people smoking in the pool area (and in the pool, seriously, IN the pool!?) but other than that it was great pool area. Restaurant was super convenient - food was mostly pretty great, a few mediocre dishes, but mostly delicious, and staff was top notch. Table service at the pool? YES PLEASE! Parking was crazy bad - parking deck is sized for smaller cars, so it was always a battle to get in and out, but the location is great. We enjoyed ourselves!

Tybee Island Gem

This is an awesome condo! Great location, easy access to beach, very clean, wonderful views. Kitchen well stocked. Visited Easter weekend and not looking for pool use which is under construction so future renters need to be aware there is no pool use at this time.

Tybee Getaway

Property was clean and view of ocean was spectacular. It has a Keurig coffee maker e en we were told only a Mr Coffee type maker was available. Pillows in the unit were not very good, very soft and thin Bring your own if yoy like a firmer pillow or obe you can fluff. The second bedroom ceiling fan did not have a speed control and was set on high so was not usable. The bedroom would benefit from a switched light besides the fan light which was very bright plus set off the high-speed fan. One other improvement would be a blind in the living room side window which could be used to block neighborswho liked to peer in from their balconies.
