This happy bungalow is a perfect get-away for a couple or solo traveler. This cheerful little abode features a queen bed, full bath, kitchen as well as a fenced-in front and backyard with a large relaxing pond. The Bungalow is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants & pubs!

The beach bungalow is situated on the Northside and is just about a 5-minute walk to the beach! The place is within walking distance to restaurants/pubs, coffee shops, bike & kayak rentals.

The bungalow is on the SAME PROPERTY as the GUESTHOUSE which we also rent. So you will pass fellow guests in the front yard only. The home and backyard are completely separate. The bungalow is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just off an unpaved road on the North-end of Tybee (less crowded beaches); yet only 1 mile from the action of Tybee’s main hot spot “Tybrisa Street’.

The bungalow is completely furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, four-burner stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, and all essential cooking ware (pots, pans, etc. ) Also, it includes all dish and flat ware (utensils, plates, glasses).

The main bedroom has queen bed. It had a firm, comfortable mattress. This room includes a 27-inch TV. It has a closet and a dresser with plenty of room for your luggage and clothes.

The living room has a comfortable sofa. You can sit and enjoy a 47 inch flat screen HD-TV that includes a Roku for streaming in case you feel like staying in and relaxing. The TV has HDMI inputs, so feel free to bring your devices.

The full bathroom has all essential towels, hand towels and wash rags.

Tybee Island is a funky, colorful, little island. Our bungalow is on the quiet side of the island (North Beach)... Thus, beach access is less crowded. It also has many attractions such as: Dolphin tours, kayak and jet ski rentals, bike paths, climb the famous Lighthouse, or visit the Marine center. There are numerous activities to do on Tybee, we have a guide booklet that lists the all the additional attractions.

Jaycee Park is a 3-minute walk. The park has scenic streams with turtles, basketball court, softball field, playground, picnic tables and grills. Beautiful live oak trees and a peaceful walking/bike path. Never a boring day on Tybee!

5-15 min walking distance to our favorite pubs/restaurants: Huca-poos, Chamaco Tacos, Cockspur Grill, Sea Wolf, Sundae Cafe, North Beach Grill and the Quarter Bar & Grill.
