The middle floor serves as the central gathering space. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, while the dining table seats six for shared meals. The comfortable living room offers panoramic Atlantic views and access to the oceanfront balcony. A half bathroom completes this level.

Perfect Location

Great location! Some minor hiccups with the place such as master bedroom door not fully closing, dishwasher flooding and a few other needed minor repairs. Not a deal breaker though and we will most likely stay there the next trip. Our last night there we had a storm come through which provided us with some great seashells to add to our collections. Dolphin Tour at Captain Derek's was awesome and we saw so many dolphins we couldn't count. Overall, the house and it's great location was a big hit with everyone in our small group.

Nice potential but needs some updates/repairs

Location was nice. Loved being able to walk directly out on the beach. Place was clean, except for dishes. But property needs some attention to repair non-locking exterior doors, broken dishwasher (and no handsoap or dish detergent to be able to do dishes by hand), bedroom doors that don't close easily and squeeling hot water pipes.

Fantastic beach front vacation home on Tybee!

Our townhouse was all we expected. Everything looked pretty new and clean. The location couldn't have been better...quick access from the main road yet private and steps from the beach once you get inside....and what a beach...cool waves, dolphin and bird watching, clear water that wasn't freezing like we experience in New England. Only a couple negatives...the condo complex nearby was having construction work done on the beach side and their workers were hammering all day and their lift was beeping pretty consistently but after a while it just became part of our experience. We also wished our townhouse owner bought some new beach chairs, had a better and more private outdoor shower and newer outdoor patio furniture on the upper floors to make it more enjoyable and convenient for their renters. Again, great townhouse and great time. No major issues overall. Best, Dave
