Two Mermaids è una bella 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni condominio di lusso in stile mediterraneo presso la comunità condominio Brass Rail sul lato sud di Tybee sul lato della spiaggia di Butler Avenue. Questo condominio adorabile è pieno di arredamento beachy e arte locale; funky e divertente!
Ottima vista mare / spiaggia dal vostro balcone privato e posti a sedere sul balcone; il posto perfetto per leggere e rilassarsi! Questi condomini si trovano a breve distanza a piedi dalla spiaggia, dal molo di Tybee, dai negozi e dai ristoranti!
Le caratteristiche includono finiture e apparecchi aggiornati, ripiani in granito, mobili personalizzati e elettrodomestici inox. Grill elettrico Lavasciuga. Vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata nel bagno principale. I servizi includono due piscine private, sauna all'aperto, ascensori e area picnic in comune. Le ore di piscina della comunità sono 10: 00-22: 00 e la piscina è aperta tutto l'anno.

It was a great property for a girls trip. We especially loved having the pool as it was very hot while we were there and it was nice to come from the beach to the pool. Location was great, walkable to many great restaurants and stores. Overall great stay!

Beautiful condo

Mermaid Cottages was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the beach and the beach decor. It was spotless and I would recommend it to anyone going to Tybee.

Tammy and Diane were excellent to work with and very accomodating!! I could not say enough good about their service. My dad had to have oxygen delivered prior to our arrival and Tammy went above and beyond to assure everything went as needed! Thank you all so much for a wonderful week, especially after the weather threw off our original plans :)

Perfect location!

We had a marvelous stay at The Brass Rail through Mermaid Cottages! The condo was beautiful and had a well-stocked kitchen. The location was central with plenty of meal options close-by. If I had a question, I was able to text and immediately received a response. The property was impeccably clean and the check-out process was easy. We had two dedicated parking spaces, so never had to worry about parking. My family will definitely return!!

Whatt a great place!!!

I’m having trouble finding words to describe how great this place and location was. First of all the unit was so spacious, had a great wraparound outside balcony and right in the middle of all the action but also very quiet. Also, the two pools and hot tub were just perfect. We can’t wait to return.

Great Location

Very nice 3 bedroom condo. In a perfect area that you can walk to almost everything and especially to the beach. The condo really needs a good cleaning. Property manager was very nice and helpful.

Condo was great , clean & spacious , close to beach & had nice pool. Close to shopping & places to eat . Would def stay again . Only down was master needs a bigger TV & more towels . Overall a great vacation !!!!

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed with our 2 younger children and had 2 adult kids visit for a couple of days and there was more than enough space for all of us. It is nice that the Master bedroom is down the hall from the others. Balcony with a view was perfect for early morning coffee and late night chats. The kitchen was well equipped to cook up some meals as well as the patio grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island.
