Two Mermaids è una bella 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni condominio di lusso in stile mediterraneo presso la comunità condominio Brass Rail sul lato sud di Tybee sul lato della spiaggia di Butler Avenue. Questo condominio adorabile è pieno di arredamento beachy e arte locale; funky e divertente!
Ottima vista mare / spiaggia dal vostro balcone privato e posti a sedere sul balcone; il posto perfetto per leggere e rilassarsi! Questi condomini si trovano a breve distanza a piedi dalla spiaggia, dal molo di Tybee, dai negozi e dai ristoranti!
Le caratteristiche includono finiture e apparecchi aggiornati, ripiani in granito, mobili personalizzati e elettrodomestici inox. Grill elettrico Lavasciuga. Vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata nel bagno principale. I servizi includono due piscine private, sauna all'aperto, ascensori e area picnic in comune. Property and Condo were well kept. Condo was very spacious. Beach was a short distance. Loved the place. Pool was very small but ocean was close. Could not have asked for a better place.

Very nice 3 bedroom condo. In a perfect area that you can walk to almost everything and especially to the beach. The condo really needs a good cleaning. Property manager was very nice and helpful.

This condo is super close to the beach and more spacious than we anticipated. The balconies are great (though we didn't use ours much because of the 120 degree heat index). Communication with the property manager was outstanding and access to the app was great. The pool seemed to get cleaned maybe once a day and it got a lot of use so it seemed a little dirty. Everything else was top notch.

Very good location! The elevator was a plus for hauling things back and forth. Beach very close and restaurants in walking distance, so no need to drive all the time. The lighthouse is a great thing to see too. The pictures weren't the same as the ad so disappointed with a few things. There was no fan on the porch so it was not as useful as it could have been. You get a good view of the beach from the porch. Overall a good time was had.

We've stayed at Brass Rail in other condos before, first time in this one. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Quite spacious in the main room and kitchen. Great communication with the management. My only issue was the state of the grill, which we had hoped to use a lot - it was so filthy, I'm not sure it has ever been cleaned and I didn't want to tackle it, so grilling was out. The kitchen is stocked, but it's pretty bare bones for doing any real cooking. Door to the balcony won't lock. Overall, we enjoyed this unit.

I’m having trouble finding words to describe how great this place and location was. First of all the unit was so spacious, had a great wraparound outside balcony and right in the middle of all the action but also very quiet. Also, the two pools and hot tub were just perfect. We can’t wait to return.

Pictures does not do this justice. The staff was so sweet and such an amazing person. The property was extremely clean, parking was very convenient and the unit has its own elevator. The balcony is very spacious with a pretty view of the ocean. The breakfast club is just steps away from the property, the beach is just steps away and the pier is a easy walk and very close and beautiful. 5 star in my eyes.

Mermaid Cottages was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the beach and the beach decor. It was spotless and I would recommend it to anyone going to Tybee.

This property was the perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed with our 2 younger children and had 2 adult kids visit for a couple of days and there was more than enough space for all of us. It is nice that the Master bedroom is down the hall from the others. Balcony with a view was perfect for early morning coffee and late night chats. The kitchen was well equipped to cook up some meals as well as the patio grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island.

The place was Beautiful. The contact person was very helpful and very nice. The only problem we had was not with the place or contact persons. It was that the persons staying before us did not report some maintenance issues that should have been reported.

This property was great for our party of 5 adults. We loved how you could see the ocean from the balcony and the place was bigger than expected. The pool was nice and the complex was quiet but close to the “action” and some shops on Tybee. It was also great to be checked in on prior to arrival and after arrival in case we had any problems or questions. The only feedback is that we would have liked a few more bath towels (only had 6 but we made due or else we would have called) and the floors and countertops could have been cleaner. Otherwise, the place was well-appointed! Thanks so much for a great vacation rental!

The property is gated and secure as well as being located within walking distance of shops, resturants, the pier, and the beach. The decor is fun and beach themed with a large open kitchen and great room. Nice balcony with table and chairs, and a grill. The balcony is large and is great for watching people on the street below, but not so much for viewing the beach. The pool and hot tub are nice, and the covered garage is great. The elevator was a welcome surprise, I felt like I had my own private elevator to the third floor. I would like to have a closet in the master bedroom, and perhaps a new toaster. I really enjoyed the fun artwork. All in all a great condo and a nice vacation spot.

The condo was exactly as pictured—well kept and great size. The location was fantastic—close to pier, restaurants, shops, and bars. But truly, Tammy was the best part—an absolute gem! She called to prep us for check in, then called back to warn us about a major road closure. When I messaged her at check in to say how thrilled we were, she called back just to “hear the excitement” in my voice. 😊 She even called when we left to let us know we’d left something behind. It was a great property, fun trip, and great service! Thanks so much!
