Simpatico condominio 1BR / 1BA sul lato sud!

Enorme condominio con 1 camera da letto e 1 camera da letto con 800 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo che è stato appena completamente ristrutturato. Molto luminoso e allegro con un piano piano aperto! A soli 300 passi o una tranquilla 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Mobili nuovissimi, lenzuola, letto, TV a schermo piatto, ripiani in Corian, elettrodomestici - compresa lavastoviglie - e lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, pentole, ecc. Fornisco anche teli da mare. A solo un isolato di distanza dalla appartata South Beach alla foce del fiume Back ea soli tre isolati dal Tybee Pavilion & Pier, la principale striscia di negozi, ristoranti, bar famosi e altre attrazioni. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi!

Una volta arrivato qui, non dovrai spostare la tua auto per tutta la durata del tuo soggiorno! Il condominio è molto luminoso con molte finestre ed è rifinito con un tema molto beachy. Opere d'arte di artisti locali Tybee. Non troverai una camera da letto in affitto più bella che possa ospitare comodamente 4 persone senza essere una sopra l'altra! Vai avanti e prenota oggi. Questo è davvero un ottimo affare!

Questa è la mia unica e unica casa vacanza che gestisco. Sarà il noleggio più pulito in cui tu abbia mai soggiornato!

The condo was in nice area and easily accessible to the beach, about a 10-15 minute walk. The first floor’s sliding glass door’s seal has failed and leaks water when raining. Along with some drop ceiling tiles have water stains. Overall, these things did cause any difficulty staying there.

More than we could have Imagined

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay! It was in a perfect place and made our trip very enjoyable. We were minutes away walking from the beach and restaurants. The place was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place and if we go back next year, we would definitely come back to this place again!

Nice!

My husband and i enjoyed staying here. Easy walk to the beach and all the businesses close by. The rental had every amenity we could have needed and was very comfortable. The host was great, and it made our stay on the island relaxing and enjoyable. Would gladly stay here again.

A Great short getaway

The condo was incredibly clean and is conveniently situated by the beach and a couple restaurants and bars that are within walking distance. Communication with the owner was very fast and friendly. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you're looking to explore the island, or Savannah

Cute place with lots of light, but not homey or cozy. There are no comfy chairs or couch for chillaxin’. Kitchen was probably most spartan I’ve ever seen in a rental. There is one plastic spatula, one big bread knife, and a dismal collection of probably free coffee cups, no amenities.

Location within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy commute to downtown Savannah. Comfortable queen sized bed. Host was very responsive to a couple of issues we experienced.

Our host Brenda was very communicative about the check in/out process and she even included many recommendations on things to do in the local area. The house was very clean, and the area itself was very nice. In the future I would definitely renting here again!

Clean, quiet...

Long weekend workout the kids and we liked the spot. The condo was clean and quaint. The owner lovely. Decent food within walking distance. My favorite was the surfing goat coffee and bagel shop. We visited historic Savannah with the beach as our home base. I ❤️ salt water. Well appointed and again, the owner, Brenda, is lovely.

Fell short of 5 stars

Everything was great, perfect location, but the outside sections were not as listed and were in really poor condition. Couldn’t even sit in the chairs on the balcony. That wasn’t a huge deal for us because we pretty much just slept and got ready there and didn’t hang out but if we wanted to we definitely couldn’t outside which was the only down fall. Other than that the place was clean and exactly as listed. I would stay there again!

Perfect getaway!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our vacation! This property was perfect for my spouse and I to enjoy a relaxing long weekend at the beach. It is located in the perfect spot; on a quiet street but within walking distance of everything you could need, including quick and easy beach access! The property was clean and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We will be booking again! Can’t say enough good things about this property!

We met 4 others couples and their places were same price and tiny and more north so they had to rent golf carts. Our place was very spacious and in great shape (except the laundry closet door wouldn’t close, no biggie) Thanks Debbie, already recommended your place to our friends.

Brenda was a gracious host and very responsive. Her condo is colorfully decorated and close to the beach. Based on the reviews and description, however, I was expecting something a little more updated (the carpet was really dirty and stained, and some cabinet doors were falling off in the bathroom and kitchen). Not bad for the price, given the location. Thanks for allowing us to stay!
