Tybee Ocean View & Private Pool - 1B Oceanview Court

Brand New Construction ready for the summer! Our large Private Pool is great after a short walk to Tybee Beach. Enjoy the ground floor pool room with ping pong table, dining table and family room or set up on the covered porch off the main family room and enjoy the ocean breezes! Nestled one lot back from the beach, this beach house has great ocean views! The home features a gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertops and a large island. No expense spared in this great design for family fun!

Experience the ultimate serenity of a luxury ocean view home that we offer for your trip. Upon entering this elegant home, you will be welcomed by a large family room with 65” Smart TV and pull out couch, multiple seating options, a ping pong table, extra refrigerator/freezer and a dining table. Relax and watch your kids swim from one of the multiple chairs, Adirondack chairs or a patio table provided in the covered rear porch. Our gas grill is also available for your convenience. Upstairs, a spacious living area opens up into a gourmet kitchen, and dining area that open to a beautiful covered porch with sofa, loveseat and chair. Enjoy a good night’s rest in one of our five bedrooms: a king bedroom suite, one bedroom with two Twin XL bunk beds, a queen bedroom with additional bunk bed, queen bedroom suite, and master king bedroom suite with stunning ocean views. Additionally, the master suite has a small nursery off of the bathroom away from house activities. All bedrooms have high quality linens and additional blankets for extra comfort. There is also a private laundry room with washer and dryer. Come experience the convenience and serenity of this beautiful beach paradise!

Laundry room with washer and dryer for use during your stay. All bedrooms have large Smart TVs except the bunk room. To complete the property is a large garage with beach chairs, beach cart and extra pool chairs for your use.

Located on the North End of Tybee Island, our home is perfectly situated across from some of Tybee Island's most sought after amenities. Walk across the street to the Tybee Theatre to catch a movie with the kids. Short walk to Jaycee Park with a new playground, walking trails and baseball field and to the Sugar Shack to get your favorite treat! Popular restaurants are nearby, some within walking distance such as Sundae Cafe, Cockspur Grill, Agave and North Beach Grill or a short bike ride to Huc-A-Poos, Zunzi's and many others.
Pet Fee $500, Optional Pool heating fee $300 per stay.

Amazing

This house was amazing. The owners spared no expense with the finishes. The five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were a plus. Short walk to the beach, an ice cream shop, and a liquor store. The commute to Savannah was not bad. Anybody would be lucky to stay in this beautiful home.

We enjoyed the condo for the Easter weekend. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed, the beds were excellent. We did ask for the pool to be heated and it wasn’t very warm but that was the only negative comment we had.

5 Star Home for family memories

This home was wonderful, beautiful & was our favorite vacation home & location. Perfect for multiple generations of family. Close to beach, Sugar Shack, brewery, pizza, etc Couldn't ask for a better vacation home for our family. Would give it a 10 star if I could.

Lovely Home

The home was very nice and very clean. There were a lot of great bedroom configurations for a large family and little ones. The bathrooms were great. The pool was clean and well maintained. There are a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind when booking. There is a house being built just behind the backyard, so eventually the view of the ocean will be more obstructed. There were some issues with communication with the owners and property manager. I had a few emails and phone numbers and my messages were not being answered for a while. I contacted VRBO and they reached out to the owners. I didn't know how to pay the second half of our bill. Once we actually connected, things were fine. The property was sold in between when we first booked it and our actual vacation, so I chalk the miscommunication up to that. Overall, the family enjoyed the vacation, the house, and the area.

Our stay was a mixture of positives and negatives with biggest negative being the communication with owners. The property supposedly changed hands at sometime from the time we rented it until the time of our use. We were not notified of this and it caused some problems as to who to contact with questions about our stay. In the end it all worked out. Positives, house was as pictured with a bathroom in every room. Pool was great for our grands! Negatives besides the communication issues—the beach access boardwalk shown in one of the house pictures is not for this house. Public beach access is around the corner and down from rental. It is not the boardwalk which you see in one of the house photos which makes you think it is much closer.

Excellent place for a girls trip!

We had a wonderful time at the property! The beach distance was great, area was nice and quiet, beach area wasn’t over crowded, ice cream place was super close! We would definitely stay again!
