Communication good with entry codes in advance. Great for late arrivals as don't need to rely on seeing staff. Clean hotel in nice location.

The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay

El personal extraordinario, la habitación grande y cómoda. Agua, snaks en la habitación. Solo que la ventana da a la avenida y a ratos es un poco ruidosa.

"It’s a shame, as I always consider a good shower to be quite important when I book a hotel room and having upgraded to a ‘Superior’ one on this occasion, I was rather disappointed that the shower only supplied luke warm water.
