“Very polite and accommodating. Our other hotel cancelled our reservation without notice and the Hilton took us in and even brought a bed up at midnight for my daughter. Can’t say enough nice things about the staff and hotel! Thank you Hilton and staff! ”

“The pool is wonderful, big and beautiful with lots of decknspace and lounge chairs. It is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping with a large patio that has comfy seating and two large gas firepits. ”

“Unico motel che non ci ha soddisfatto nel nostro viaggio. Mostra l’età perché soprattutto trascurato. Cassaforte in camera ma non funzionante. Insetti in bagno e formiche al mattino nel lavandino. Forse volevano evitare cattivi odori nel frigo ma lasciare 2 mezzi limoni fino a farli ammuffire non è una buona idea. Personale scortese. Fortunatamente rimasti una sola notte. Da evitare assolutamente.”

“Would have given more stars, everything was great except for two areas. First, the food is very basic, but we had heard that and there is great dining nearby. However, we were there for two nights and NEVER received maid service, even after going to the office (across the street btw) THREE times and repeatedly being promised service. Also, parking is very limited. Great location and cute property. ”

“The hotel has great direct access to the beach. The facilities are a perfect combination of modern and Spanish/Italian older style. Food is good although the menu could offer a bit more options. In terms of location, it is a great one if you don’t plan to be in the city but you still want to have a lunch or dinner in Santa Barbara and then go back to the hotel (15-20 mins by car). “Nice and affordable place to stay. Since it’s near the street, you may hear some traffic, but overall it’s a clean and pleasant area for an overnight stay.”

“The location is perfect: on State street, yet quiet & peaceful. Across the street there is San Roque plaza which has all kinds of shops & restaurants. A food truck (Mexican food parked near the motel in the late afternoon & evening with what appeared to be great food. Within walking distance, there is a "Denny's" restaurant, open 24 hours a day with very good food. The rooms have obviously been updated with all new appointments.
