“Wonderful experience ”

“The hotel was nice.”

“Poor lighting, poor hot water, horrible Wi-Fi. Refrigerator froze everything and a microwave and phone was unable to to be used due to now power cords and outlets.”

“Comfortable and convenient - would NOT stay here again, would spend the extra $20 -$30 to stay elsewhere. Breakfast = carbs, and no fruit. Which is breakfast, but for the price have seen better.”

“Hard to understand employees and took 30 minutes to find the right one. We were sent to the old one not the one downtown.”

“I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one stands out as the best by far. It’s truly exceptional—every detail is stunning, from the entrance to the serene lake in the back. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was warm and welcoming, and I have absolutely no complaints. This place is absolutely beautiful!”

“Quick 1 nite sisters trip. We had very convenient rooms on 1st floor near lobby. Made dinner & breakfast reservations thru open table..or u can call hotel directly. Dinner in Conquistadore was fantastic. All 3 meals were well prepared & flavorful. Breakfast in la hacienda also good..theres a buffet daily or al la cart. Sun brunch & afternoon tea,cooking lessons etc.. yes its a bit dated ; may not be best choice for ADA,but the value for the price was fair. pretty property.”

“Pay to park is a joke !! $4.15 a day to park,sad that they nickel & dime guests… Staff was excellent and friendly,breakfast was very good ! I’m an early riser and went to lobby for coffee,was warm @ best and sat all night,could do better and have fresh coffee made for early morning people.Over all I’d stay again but that “pay to park” when there is plenty of parking is a joke …”

“Sheila the front desk person who checked us in was very nice. The room was clean, but a bit worn. The countertop was beginning to flake on the bottom. They had common bottles of shampoo and body soap, but no lotion. A family of two women and three small children were checked into the room next to us at 8 pm. There was a common door between the rooms and of course the children wanted to open it. It was pretty noisy for a couple of hours, but then everybody settled in. There was some crying in the...
