“Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable”

“This place is definitely top rated in Cheras. Connected to Metro and easy access to grab at lower ground floor. The reception is inside the mall like one of the store, so figuring out where it is, is slightly confusing but they send a video of how to reach so should be manageable. The studio is so clean, great for a family. Kitchen is good. Hot water geyser model is different here and can be tricky to learn how to use, if you havent used before. “The entire hotel is dirty and smells like smoke because they allow people to smoke in a poorly ventilated courtyard located in the middle of the hotel. The smoke travels throughout the hallways and under your door into your room. The rooms are also poorly ventilated, so everything smells like smoke.
