“Fire alarm went off at 2:00 am. Staff didn't provide any instruction or input to the situation. After the fire department arrived, the alarm was shut off . We were told that it was problem in the mechanical room. Hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate for the situation. Having an important meeting the next day and being awaken in the middle of the night made the next day challenging. I would have thought the hotel would have comp'd breakfast or something. “Staff- sleeping during of operation. We have to ring numerous time all the while he is passed out at the back of high counter. Cleaning lady mention is he sleeping again. So must be a regular occurrence Maintenance- suspicious cc transactions. Why check in is pain ful by asking information again. Id’s cards are handed already then why do you need to fill up the form again? Room- running water with sewage smell, faucet , tub . Wait for couple of minutes before the water can go down the drain....
