“Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. ”

“Price was very good. Hotel a little old. Could stand renovation. Not sure there is an elevator... We took the stairs. Breakfast was very basic with no eggs, oatmeal, etc. Staff friendly.”

“Bellissima location in una casa dell'800 in un'atmosfera un po' inglese e un po' da favola. Molto cordiali al check in. Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

“Even if the first impression was good, Service was bad in everything. We stayed three night and always found beds undone and room not cleaned. The first day the breakfast was decent and sufficient, the coming days we couldn’t find even a yogurt... and only after arguing with the receptionist, who said they were finished, he came back with two full boxes! Not right! In general, place and room were fine with very comfortable mattress. I would come back hoping to find a better service next time....

“Breakfast was lacking. Options were limited. We could here the guests in the room next to us. Way to loud late night. Made for a less than enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean and staff seemed fine. ”

“Straight out of a horror movie, looks nothing like the pictures. I can say the staff and manager where really nice and tried in every way to help me but there was just no way to besides to get me out of there ”

“The front desk was very kind. We had to change the room because it wasn't cleaned after the last occupant used it! The second room was not so clean anyway. Bad mattresses were old and uncomfortable: please replace them!!! The bathroom vacuum cleaner was so noisy... The swimming pool was clean and it's a plus if you have time and the weather is right.”

“This place was filthy. The room was beyond filthy. I did get a bed bug bite. I would not even unpack my stuff. The service is so bad, this should be addressed by the Wyndham board. Rusty lamp and filthy rusty wall covering. Pain stains on the floor, burn marks on the wall of the bath room. Just nasty.”
