“The room was dated. It didn’t give Marriott, maybe Days Inn. Bathroom had hair everywhere. The staff is extremely nice! The common areas were beautiful.”

“The property was sold overall but the gym which is a primary reason I chose to stay there was not as well maintained as before. Two of the treadmills were broken and there were no towels in the facility. ”

“Vending machine didn't work on the 3rd floor had to go to the second floor. Customer service not good and the food was ok. Overall the hotel is good and convenient to a lot of eating places.”

“The room smelled like smoke, even though it was nonsmoking. There were holes in the comforter. It did not feel very clean. When I tried to check out, nobody was at the desk. The a/c in the halls did not work and was hot. ”

“The managers lied to me, changed my reservation and promised me a refund in which they denied. They lied to my face several times about a refund only to call Expedia and find out they kept denying my refund. I was a loyal customer here. I will not be returning to this hotel anymore.”

“We had problems with our first room. We only had one coffee cup, the toilet roll was almost empty with no extra roll and the wifi didn’t work. We called the front desk and she was very nice. She couldn’t get the wifi to work but brought up more coffee cups and toilet paper. That night the toilet stopped working. The next morning we asked for a new room and they moved us . Everything worked in the new room and it was well stocked. The clerks at the front desk were the best thing about the hotel,...
