“La colazione è un pò scadente e il wifi in certe zone non è coperto benissimo però è un posto comodo per pernottare a san francisco. C'è il parcheggio gratuito ed è attaccato alla fermata della linea 0 che porta in centro.”

“Our room wasn’t ready well after the check in time, and the room looked like there was a bunch of damage from furniture being moved around on the floors. It was ok just for one night but not great. ”

“Diverso rispetto a quanto descritto. Si parla di cucina attrezzata, ma in realtà non sono presenti pentole o stoviglie. I mezzi pubblici sono vicini ma assai costosi ( tragitto in bus 2,10 dollari a tratta,tragitto in Bart per raggiungere il centro da 3,75 a 5,00 dollari a tratta). Camere spaziose. Spiaggia vicina ma non molto godibile.”

“Personale gentilissimo, oltre la media, struttura in una ottima posizione ma che risente del peso degli anni. Stanza molto carina con ottima vista sulla Marina. La pulizia non è eccellente e la colazione è migliorabile”

“Valet parking was outrageously expensive and seemingly the only option. Every light save one was not working including the bathroom light which made things inconvenient to say the least. Asked for towels and they couldn’t even bring them to the room.”

“Tralasciando la zona in cui so troba non molto accattivante, la cosa peggiore di tutte è stata la puzza che regna in tutto l'hotel la quasi totale assenza di pulizia nella camera.. Polvere per terra e sui mobili, capelli sui cuscini e macchie marroni e nere sugli asciugamani.. ”

“Il bayview è un motel situato in un punto strategico se si vuole visitare san francisco e non solo con la macchina. In 15 minuti sei a san francisco, in 5 a oakland ed è un ottimo punto di partenza pure per andare a san josè o sacramento. La stanza era abbastanza grande, il bagno un po' piccolo ma comunque funzionale. Entrambi comunque puliti. In 4 notti sono venuti un solo giorno a cambiarci asciugamani e a sistemare. C'è il parcheggio interno. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il wifi...

“Clean excellent room with holistic music; all handled with a security code, NOT a hotel . Can reach local bus from Amtrak . Close to San Pablo/30th st. Good value for overnight stay.”

“I picked a non-smoking room to avoid the smell. The room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana smoke even though it’s a non-smoking room. I think the smell is coming from outside the building through AC vents. We wanted to turn off the AC but buttons are missing so we couldn’t control it, it was running the whole time, one of the filters was also missing. Beds were clean.”
