“Lovely, helpful staff at this hotel. If you appreciate a hard mattress, this is your hotel! It was clean, although a touch of possible mold growing at the base of the ADA shower. The switch from overhead shower to hand held was absolutely out of my reach to switch over, which was frustrating for me. Otherwise, a nice stay!”

“Everything was good , there could be more clarity on price with like amenities even a color code to eliminate confusion. Having a age limit on younger guests or a designated floor .”

“Our room 122 smelled so badly of cigarettes. The bathroom door didnt latch and there were crumbs and garbage in the floor. We stayed here for the pool which was awesome, best part of the hotel. Breakfast was diassapointing. My friend stayed in a different room and her toilet leaked consistently.”

“Water was leaking from ceiling. Told me I had to come down at 11pm to speak with night auditor about it. Went at 11pm and they didn't know how to manage reservation. Said she needed to re do my keys… walked all the way back and she did keys for the room with water coming from ceiling. Water was coming from ceiling on each side of light fixture. They never turned water or electricity off for maintaining.”

“Great views of the marina and the river. Property is clean and well maintained. In house dining was limited, however great dining choices were nearby. Fitness room was almost completely equipped with cardio machines and very limited otherwise. Indoor pool is small. Staff was very helpful and courteous.”

“Checked in on Friday afternoon, went to dinner and came back to discover that there was no cold water in our room. Went to bed thinking it would be better in am. It wasn't, the water was so hot that taking a shower was miserable. Had early baseball game, so when we return I went to front desk to inform them and they sent the maintenance person to our room. He informed us of the new upgrade to tank water system and there were issues with 3 other rooms and he couldn't fix it and had no solution....

“Very friendly staff, property was clean and felt very safe and kept up. Hotel prices are nuts these days, but Myplace as a chain is consistently a decent value. Would stay again if passing thru”

“Room was clean and freshly remodeled. Exterior was in pretty rough shape. The steel stairs were nearly rusted through and the concrete they were attached to was spalling at the connection point. Serious safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at LivAway in Richland. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accessibility room was absolutely amazing! I have never seen a room so accommodating. There was plenty of room to turn around my mobility scooter to get in and out of the bathroom, and the tub/shower has multiple bars at different levels on all sides, along with a shower chair (not pictured; can put on). I haven’t see any other hot like this. There were only 2 drawbacks. There aren’t plates, pots/pans,...
