Magical, simply magical
It's a magical place and they made us feel like we were in a constant honeymoon even though we were not. Everybody was extremely kind and smiley. The villas are huge and extremely luxurious, more than what we were expecting. The pool is awesome, facing the forest. The staff was always ready to help and the villa was cleaned and tidied up twice a day. There is a very convenient shuttle bus to Ubud centre.

From the time we entered the hotel to the moment we said good bye, there was not a single thing we could fault. The villa was stunning with a private pool, the infinity pool was amazing, food was top notch and the service was perfect, always with a smile. We felt welcome and valued. Totally worth every cent we paid. Thank you to the team. Definitely will be back!

I stayed at Pita Maha with my mum for 2 weeks in March 2023. The whole property was beautiful. We loved our villa and private pool. We had an amazing view and it felt like we could truly relax. It was so peaceful and quiet. All of the staff made us feel like royalty. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Each time we would leave and return back to the resort, the staff would be so kind and welcoming. If we had any questions or requests, the staff were extremely helpful. It really felt like a home away from home. The food was absolutely delicious and we loved having breakfast there each morning. We enjoyed the lunches and beautiful dinners that we had there as well. We really enjoyed the appetisers they would give before our main meals. We are vegetarians, and they were able to adapt dishes to ensure they met our dietary requirements. We had massages there which were incredible. The masseuses came to our villa and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They had a shuttle that would take the guests to the main centre in Ubud multiple times a day. The shuttle would also pick us up from the centre as well. This made it easy to get out and about. When we left, we were given a beautiful gift from Agung Joni. We really had a fantastic time and felt like we were in paradise. We definitely recommend Pita Maha as a place to stay in Ubud! We hope to return in the future :)

Beautiful outlook from room. Very well kept and serviced. A bit of a steep walk down from reception - people with mobility issues may need assistance. Location is walkable to Ubud town (about 20 minutes each way)

Architecturally, the hotel is stunning - individual stone villas set amongst jungle-landscaped pathways and with a gorgeous pool. Unfortunately it hasn’t been kept up over the years, so everything is a little dated and starting to fall apart. That said, for the price and location, I would stay there again.

rooms (and Wi-Fi) need a refresh
1) staff was lovely and did their best to help 2) Wi-Fi was a real challenge, we had to go to coworking space to get some work done 3) overall vibe and location is good especially view from the pool, but room and furnishings felt dated. The room was a bit dank. Bottom line - we moved hotels and found better value in Ubud at this price point.

Frühstück und Verpflegung nicht akzeptabel. alle haben Verständnis wegen Corona, aber eine Auswahl zwischen einem Saft und etwas Obst, zwischen einem Ei und einem Nudelgericht treffen zu müssen, ist nicht angemessen. Brot wurde nicht angeboten. Wir sind nach diesem Frühstück in ein anderes Restaurant gegangen und haben nochmal gefrühstückt. Kein Abendessen erhältlich.

The private villas are absolutely amazing. Wonderful properties with outside shower & bath, private pool & and amazing unit. Breakfast each morning was delicious with many choices. The view of the valley and ridge walk is stunning and can be seen from all villas.

年末年始に3泊した。 どのスタッフも親切かつ、気持ちの良い笑顔で大変気持ちの良い滞在となった。 ◇部屋 ガーデンヴィラ 窓からの景観がとても良い。 常に清潔にして頂き、とても気持ち良かった。 ◇設備 シャワーがお湯にならない日があった。 それ以外は問題なし。 インフィニティプールは広く、圧巻の迫力。 ◇食事 朝食のみ利用したが、多国籍メニューで選択肢が豊富で良かった。 インドネシア料理がおすすめ。 ◇その他 無料シャトルバスがウブド中心部まで運行しており、観光には大変有難い。 ホテル近隣にレストランがある為、夜ご飯は外で食べた。 またバリに来た際は、滞在したいと思う。

Best Hotel- Best People
We spent our Honeymoon here and it was the best decision of our lives. I genuinely mean it. Our stay was faultless and the staff made us feel like family and went the extra mile over and over again. This is the most romantic place in Bali and the staff are like angels. Humble, helpful, cheerful, funny and nothing was too much. We will come here over and over again and we have told all our friends and work colleagues about this beautiful place. The Private Villa with a pool is the best idea. Sitting in the evening surrounded with Gecko's, Frogs and beautiful nature. It was my wife's Birthday and the staff brought a cake to the room and sang happy birthday, they filled the bath with flower petals as well as the swimming pool. The hotel provided a floating breakfast along with a spa morning. We even planted a tree in our names! WOW. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL..... THANK YOU EVERYONE

Outstanding boutique property where each suite is a separate villa surrounded by high walls and exquisite privacy. Deep pool for each villa overlooking the jungle valley. Food and service are superb and staff manages each request graciously. Only drawback is marginal WiFi which requires new login every time it’s used in lobby area. The villa basically has no WiFi but that could be a pleasing depending on your perspective. Look forward to returning.

The property is beautiful and very peaceful. The villas are breathtaking, very large in size and comfortable. The staff could not be nicer. The property has a shuttle that will transport you to town and pick you up, it’s only a 10 mins ride from the main the street. The food, spa, pool are all great.

Die Anlage ist hat einen sehr hohen Standard. Das Cottage (obwohl kleinste Kategorie) war riesig. Frühstück gab es a la carte. Das war sehr gut. Ein kleiner Wunsch wäre noch, dass die Mitarbeiter etwas besser englisch sprechen könnten (im Süden von Bali hat es besser geklappt). Und doch war es hier schöner, als im Süden. Die Anlage ist wirklich perfekt und der Blick in den Urwald unbezahlbar. Wir hatten an einem Abend sogar einen kurzen Abstecher im Four Seasons und im direkten Vergleich war das Pita Maha schöner und authentischer, als das Four Seasons.

우붓 첫 방문이었는데 도착하자마자 반갑게 맞아주시고 모든 직원들이 상당히 친절해서 머무는 동안 큰 불편함 없이 잘 지냈다. 매일 아침부터 저녁까지 2시간정도 간격으로 우붓 시내로 나가는 셔틀버스가 있어서 시간 맞춰 타고 돌아올 때도 리조트 셔틀을 이용했다. (돌아올 때 마지막 셔틀을 놓쳐서 걸어왔는데 20분정도 걸림) 조식은 부페식은 아니고 아메리칸, 컨티넨탈, 인도네시안 등 여러가지 중에 선택하는 식. 먹을만 했다. 방은 발리 느낌의 빌라 형식으로 머무는 동안 청결하게 관리해주었고 베개에서 약간 꿉꿉한 냄새가 났던 것 말고는 모기향도 다 구비되어 있어 잠도 편히 잘 잤다.

We stayed one night and were really pleased with the service. Slightly disappointed we seemed to have the only villa without a view but the rest of the hotel made up for it. The food at the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was good. Only downside is their WiFi does not work and they can’t fix it.

The pool and its view is very beautiful. The breakfast and personal treatment by staff was excellent. The room was lovely, large and very quiet and peaceful with all we could possibly need, beautifully presented. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very quiet and relaxing and the private pool was well worth it to just unwind. It is humid so the free shuttle from the hotel to Ubud centre is the best otherwise if you do not want to wait a taxi is good.

Beautiful lush gardens, stunning infinity pool & views. Loved the villa & pool we stayed in. The staff are really attentive & OVERLY helpful & friendly. All in all we had a great experience. The breakfast was nice, but small portions. Restaurant is pricey & small portions. Walk 150m down the road for delicious Asian food at Warung Pulau Kelapa or the Elephant 400m for amazing healthy options. We were asked about 15x in 2 days what our room number is (quite annoying). Small complaints, highly recommend.

Service was great. All staff are very friendly. Breakfast was excellent - they will bring breakfast to your villa for no additional charge. Each villa is massive and the outdoor shower and bathtub are a plus.

전체적으로 좋았습니다.
전체적으로 좋았습니다. 사진과는 조금 다름으로 감안하고 선택하시는게 좋습니다. 리조트는 전체적로 뷰가 좋았구요 수영장도 괜찮았습니다.물깊이도 1.9m 사진찍는걸 좋아하는 여성분들에게 나쁘지않은 뷰입니다. 방내부는 역시 사진과 분위기가 조금다르고요 올드 하면서 발리의 전통적인 분위기인것 같습니다. 벌레는 생각보다 많지는 않습니다. 개미.(알수없는 이름모를 개미도 있음) 바퀴벌레는 4박5일 지내면서 3cm크기의 죽은바퀴벌레 2마리와 새끼1마리 밭음 곰팡이 내새는 없었구요.습한곳이다 보니 침구류에 쾌쾌한 냄새가 나는 베게도 있었습니다. 직원분들께 요청하시면 바꿔주십니다. 문제는 모기입니다.4박5일동안 방에서 5방 물리고 테라스에서 16방 정도 물린것같습니다. 룸내부에 전자 모기향이 있지만 부족합니다. 직원분께 모기향 가져다 주라고 하면 가져다 주십니다. 가시게 되면 바르는 모기향 챙겨가세요 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 이곳 아침 조식시간은 오전8시부터 오후5시까지 가능했습니다. 굳이 조식드실려고 오전에 일어나서 드실필요는 없습니다. 아 그리고 방청소는 오전부터 12시정도에 자동으로 직원분들이 벨을 눌러서 확인 하시기 때문에 늦잠 자실분들은 전날미리 말씀해노세요. 모기만 빼고 전체 적으로 좋았습니다. 직원 분들도 모두 친절하셨구요 다음에도 시간되면 가볼생각입니다. 리조트 위치가 좋았구요 편의점이나 환전소도 가까웠습니다. 리조트 나와서 바로 왼쪽에 환전소 있구요 점더지나서 편의점 있구요.주변에 식당들도 많았습니다. 리조트에서 걸어서 12분 거리에 한국분이 운여하는 한식당도 있고 일본식당도 있습니다. 인도네시아 식당도 있습니다. 우붓시장도 멀지않은곳에 있습니다.

Wonderful resort
Pita Maha was is very peaceful resort with beautiful views from the hotel restaurant and the infinity pool. The service level and friendliness of the hotel employees is very high and it made our short stay in a luxurious villa just perfect! Highly recommend.
