Difetti: la finestra non si puó aprire. Il bagno in stanza ha pareti di vetro e ció non garantisce un minimo di privacy.

Tutti i servizi necessari con la gentilezza infinita del personale. L'hotel non è proprio al centro ma in una zona più tranquilla e con una bella passeggiata a piede si può raggiungere tutto.

Odore di fogna
Il soggiorno è stato rovinato dal fatto che ci fossero problemi alle fognature. Di conseguenza il water ha "strabboccato" generando odore di fogna nella stanza. L'odore era comune in tutte le camere dell'albergo (a seguito di rottura WC la stanza è stata modificata) e per tamponare il problema il personale spruzzava del deodorante per ambienti.

Camera un po' piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort e con un design molto accattivante. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ottimo anche il buffet della prima colazione. Ottima la qualità della connessione internet. L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dal centro di Ubud.

A lovely hotel that had exceptional customer service from the staff. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted with a refreshing iced tea and cake. The restaurant staff got to know us by name and were genuinely interested in our day and what we’d done - such a wonderful experience being there. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The wifi was the best we had in Bali. It’s located down the street from the Royal Palace with lots of restaurants nearby but we didn’t use many as the hotel restaurant was great. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a good range of hot and cold choices that changed each day. Wonderful pool area. Highly recommend.

The hotel and the room was very clean. The staffs were also friendly and accommodating especially the kitchen staff. Their breakfast was amazing too. The area was also perfect for evening walks with variety food to choose from. We had good experience overall. The only issue was that we could hear everything from rooms next door.

I saw rats just around the corner of the property. You have to walk around the corner to get anywhere and the garbage and rats at that corner, scooter taxis, was just dirty. I have stayed at Senz before and the corner was not a problem then but now it is a real health issue.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and kind. Had my room cleaned daily and the bathroom was always left spotless. The hotel is really well located, lots la great restaurants and spas around it. I also loved the breakfast buffet and express lunch of the hotel’s restaurant. Can’t recommend it more. I will be back!

The staff was warm, accommodating and they always had a smile on their face. Just the right amount of attentiveness at all times! Room was clean and well serviced throughout out stay. The spa services were very nice as well and the food and drink options plentiful for those moments when we didn’t want to venture far from the hotel. I would stay there again if I find myself back in Ubud!

Mooie, schone ruime kamers met moderne badkamer, en een zwembad. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Eten is goed, ontbijtbuffet.
Niets op aan te merken en dus aanbevelenswaardig.
Je bent binnen een paar minuten lopen in het centrum van Ubud. Als zelfs dit je te veel is, bestel voor een klein bedrag een auto of scooter.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and the location was excellent, walking distance to a lot of the main sights and restaurants.
The only negatives were that there were quite a few flies in the bathroom (not sure how they got in), it was quite loud at times and you could hear noises from the rooms next door. Also I didn’t like that the pool and loungers were just outside the restaurant meaning everyone could see you!

In total the hotel was good. But during the last night I missed a support from the night manager.
There was a permant dropping of the toilet in my neighbours room. It was disturbing me the whole night I could not sleep. I called a man from the facility service who gave the information to the night manager at the receiption. But the manager did not do anything against it.
Next morning I had to get up very early at 5 am after a sleepless night, I asked the night manager why he did not call the guest at the room next door to me? He just said he did not want to wake up the guest. But obviously guests are treated differently in this hotel, because I did not cause the problem but I could not sleep the whole night.
