Splendida nuova villa di lusso a Ubud in mezzo al riso

Tranquilla villa indipendente con piscina a sfioro privata e vicino al centro di Ubud (1,5 km).
Questa villa moderna ha tutto il lusso e molto confortevole, con vista mozzafiato sul risaie, il vulcano e il tramonto. Wifi in fibra ottica disponibile.
Le 3 camere dispongono di bagno privato con un letto matrimoniale (160 cm) e materassi in lattice. L'area salotto vanta una smart TV Android 4K oled con home theatre, canali satellitari e lettore DVD. C'è anche un adattatore stereo e iPad con i phone in salotto. La villa può essere pienamente garantito dall'interno chiudendo tutte le finestre. Inoltre la presenza di una guardia notturna.
Il noleggio incluso il personale, lenzuola, acqua potabile fontana ... e 100% autentico divertimento balinese !!!!
Lili ama il nostro gatto Coccole, grazie per specificare se si soffre di allergie agli animali. Il gatto può essere imbarcato durante il vostro soggiorno.

Great stay
The house was just perfect. Komang was very helpful and friendly. She was a perfect host and we enjoyed every minute there and we felt very at home. Everything was like in the pictures or even better. A car would be helpful to get around. We can only recommend this villa.

Beautiful location and house
We loved this house in Lotundah. Very well equipped and modern house , great pool with a view of the fields and the locals working. Watching the kids flying their kites was a joy . Our host was amazing, nothing was a problem. House was immaculate, we also had her cook us some meals which was yum ! Local transport was good . We loved being away from the busy towns , so being in this rural area of Lotundah suited us perfectly. Loved having our own pool. Lots of great restaurants nearby, easy to ride the scooter to or some in walking distance. Highly recommend

Amazing!!!!
Planning a trip with friends or family to Bali? We really loved our villa, but we also truly loved the property manager. She was wonderful! She arranged to have a driver pick us up at the airport and bring us to the villa late at night, she brought some food to us when we didn’t feel like going out, she made excellent recommendations, arranged for a massage therapist to come to the Villa (best $17 ever spent!), and brought us extra coffee when we went through it all! She was friendly and sweet. The villa was safe, lots of extra security, even though you don’t even need it, the crime rate is so low. I added pictures to my Instagram account, @go.trippin

Very Nice Stay
We enjoyed our stay despite the rain. Komang, the house staff was more than helpful and enjoyed having Dollar, the driver, bring us around Ubud. We had a very nice stay.

Nice house and pool
The house and the pool are great, but if you don’t have your own car, this is not the best place for you. Taxi service is sketchy and a walk to central Ubud is long and not pleasant. There are a couple of nice restaurants in walking distance, but the immediate neighborhood is a little unsavory for such a nice house. Staff charges extra for meals but were very helpful.

Amazing villa in a quiet yet walkable location to cafes, restaurants and shopping.
Easy to access, extremely warm, friendly and accommodating staff and a very clean property. If Bali were closer to the US I would rent this place annually for a month. It had everything we wanted and is located in the most beautiful relaxing setting.

Bali Baby…simply lovely
Perched on the edge of a rice field this lovely villa is the perfect place to relax. The home is lovely, clean and well maintained. The pool is divine and the staff are very helpful. A short scooter ride in to the heart of Ubud. It’s nice to be away from the touristy areas and among locals. To sit and watch the the men working in the fields at day break and dusk, to hear the roosters crow in the morning and see the ducks in the fields was lovely.

Très belle demeure, mais ...
La maison était superbe. Toutefois mitoyen à celle-ci un fermier loge, et des odeurs de bouses de vache arrivent sur la terrasse et suivant le sens du vent dans toute la maison. L'état de la ruelle menant à la maison est déplorable, des déchets de toutes sortes jonchent les coté de celle-ci. Ces nuisances sont en rien directement liées au propriétaire, certes, mais polluent gravement le plaisir de cette location.
