“The property itself is nice but there are a few things we wish we'd known or were just strange:1: There is no potable water in the taps. The only source on drinking water is a water cooler through a door into a shared hallway and the only vessel for it is a coffee cup.2: There is a comprehensive list of rules on the bed. It starts with the sentance "To those who read this, thank you. To those who don't, there will be extra charges as the rules are mandatory." Very confrontational and unwelcoming...

“Great location, beautiful suite, 👏 comfortable bed, bath and shower, laundry facility, kitchenette with working hot plate and microwave. (Unfortunately stove is not permitted due to zoning but the hot plate and microwave was enough), Firepit, Bbq, and patio. Host is super ! An absolute Gem of a VRBO.”
