“I've stayed here before and I'll return again. This home like setting in the heart of Lviv City Center is close to everything. Shops, restaurants, transportation is a short walk. The Opera House is a short walk as well. Staff is friendly, helpful and the property is always in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend. ”

“I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!”

“The previous times were much better, but now it's terrible. Bad smell in the room and the bedding. Don't recommend it.”

“I have been in the theatre appartment and in this one. the other one was 10 euro more expensive but much superior. there is no operator if you arrive there and need to call the central office to arrange a person to give you the key. you need to visit the office for passport registration. WASTE OF TIME. the theatre has a person in place which is more comfortable. at the end for 2 days is ok but not the best. better locatoin the theatre”

“This is a nice, clean, comfortable hotel in a quiet area, yet only 5 minutes walk away from the centrum where you can find many cofes, restaurants and shops. Reception personnel speak English and they are kind, friendly and helpful. Tanya is an amazing young lady who makes you feel at home, away from home. ”

“It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. Hotel room was clean and had a microwave. Bed was comfortable. You had to go around the back of the building to get to the hotel entrance. ”
