“Very nice”

“This is the second stay at Ramada Lviv.. but this second time we didn't received the service we aspected for this Hotel. We booked a triple room requesting a cot instead of the additional bed as we where 2 ad + 1 baby 2 yld. The morning of the date of arrival we also called the hotel to check if the cot was in, and they said OK. At arrival time cot was not in the room, and no cots where available.. "SORRY" was The only word receptionist was able to say .... We kept this hotel for the...

“It was fine and clean. The bathroom counter was big. It did not have drinking water, air conditioning, a small convenience store or a fridge. The parking was good and easy ”

“Hotel in posizione centrale e comodo per accedere alla zona pedonale della città, pulito, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione molto buona e varia. Uniche "pecche": la mancanza di tende veramente oscuranti e il personale alla reception poco sorridente (ma in ogni caso non ho avuto alcun problema!)”

“I like only sauna( the temperature was well), I don’t like: sometimes bad smell in this area from outside. And worst: when I arrived and wanted to change the room to higher category their manager( man) told me that their hotel doesn’t work with Expedia that it’s some fault that I booked through Expedia hotel Milli & Jon and told me that he won’t take the changing through Expedia and will change for mor expensive price from deck only, which he did .”

“The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true. There was a huge window wall with two glass doors that sealed so badly that the heavy wind was blowing snow in around the door.
