“Staff very friendly and helpful. Evening meal great. Pool area/amenities disappointing. A little tired; steam room nonexistent. Saunas squashed into a corner between toilets and showers (in separate male/female cloakrooms) extremely uninviting!!!!”

The sofa bed, which was advertised to accommodate two, was very, very small. Our upstairs neighbours woke us up at 4am, and loud doors slamming could be heard throughout the night.
