“Servizio di albergo a cinque stelle e nessun appunto. Dappertutto gente sorridente, orgogliosa di far bene il suo lavoro. Sinceramente è stato triste andarsene via, ci sarebbe molto piaciuto rimanere e, se tornismo a Bangalore, sicuramente torneremo al St. Mark's. Abbiamo fatto un upgrade a una suite fumatori. Silenziosa, con un wifi stupendo e multidevice, pulita e comoda. Quasi meglio che a casa!”

“I stay for 6 nights at Shangri-lain Bangalore. very nice hotel, clean, rooms are very nice, big and with a very good smell. I've tried two of the 4 restaurants and the quality of food is good. One thing I didn't like, that at the buffet restaurant, if you do not ask for a bottle water they bring you a glass of water...and in India this is not a good choice.”

“Albergo bello ma ha bisogno di un serio ritocco in quanto si notano gli anni, illuminazione da rifare e le camere hanno bisogno di un bel po’ di lavoro. Il personale è la parte forte che assicura la differenza e senza di loro credo che il posto andava chiuso molto prima per i lavori di rinnovo. Ristorante nella media con cibo pulito e servizio molto buono. Purtroppo nel complessivo non è all’altezza di essere un albergo ITC del gruppo Marriott. cosi come è NON lo consiglio.”

“5th floor restaurant was very good. Bed was comfortable and generally the room was comfortable. The only odd thing was that our bathroom had a window into the bedroom. There was a curtain but quite odd design.
We used their excellent taxi service to and from the airport. Very helpful. ”

“overall I loved the place. The standard room does not have a wardrobe which i was not aware of. That was a little inconvenient for me. The locker is located under the bed so accessibility is inconvenient again. My floor was very noisy because of others who were staying but when i complained it was handled to some extent. It's safe very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a decent spread”
