A cozy 2.5-room vacation apartment just 150 meters from the sunny shores of Lake Constance. With a view of the lake and Mainau Island, this fully equipped apartment offers everything you need to relax.

The apartment is a small, stylishly furnished unit in Unteruhldingen. It features a bedroom, a children’s room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious living/dining area with an open-concept kitchen. From the south-facing balcony and the open living/dining area, you can enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of Lake Constance no matter the season. The apartment features a modern flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player and a large selection of DVDs and books. Upon request, we’re also happy to provide an electric grill.

An outdoor parking space is available for your car; bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the parking garage.

Not included:
We’re happy to take care of the final cleaning for you; the cost is 100€.
From April 1 through October 15, the municipality charges a tourist tax of 3.30 euros per day per person aged 16 and older, which must be paid separately.
