“Clean hotel. But noisy and hard to sleep. Very little or no noise dampening insulation between floors and rooms. You shouldn't be able to hear the guy next door urinate in his toilet or hear his phone vibrate. The room doors slam shut and would wake the dead. ”

“I chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match. We were placed on the 4th floor despite noting during booking that we were traveling with an 18-month-old, and within the first 10 minutes we had a noise complaint called on us, which was frustrating given the circumstances.
I asked to be moved to a lower floor, but the request was refused due to a wedding party staying at the hotel. I was told they couldn’t downgrade me to a queen room, which was...
