“The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. Wonderful rooms, clean, confortable, silent, with city views. Good wifi. We had some problem to find the English TV channels and it was immediately resolved by Mr. Zahid Chowdhury, the General Manager, who is a gentle and helpful person. “Overall a decent stay, just not amazing. Check-in was an ordeal, apparently it’s a lot to ask for a functioning deadbolt. First room also did not have any curtains. Once I got a room it was clean and pretty spacious. The water pressure was hit or miss, water often coming out in spurts from the sink not a steady stream. AC was great and worked the whole time, although I don’t think the temperatures are accurate. There was construction happening on the east side of the hotel while I was there...
