I paid for the breakfast but every morning it was either late (it was supposed to be served at 7am but never happened before 8.30am) or not available. It was impossible to adjust room temperature, there were old seprate taps in the shower and most personell didn't speak English. One night some strangers entered my room with another key: the day after I asked the reception to check what happened (there was CCTV) but they did nothing.”
