Ecco una breve descrizione della nostra proprietà se avete domande o dubbi, non esitate a contattarci via email, ci piace parlare direttamente ai nostri visitatori.

Bella Vista è una proprietà per le vacanze a conduzione familiare che può ospitare tra le 12 e le 15 persone e non puoi avere più di 18 persone (compresi i bambini) in un dato momento. Vieni a godertelo per il fine settimana o le vacanze e fai ricordi per durare una vita!

Dimentica una camera d'albergo nell'affollata e rumorosa Manhattan e porta i tuoi amici o la tua famiglia a soli 90 minuti a nord dello stato e crea ricordi per un prezzo così basso (minimo 2 notti -3 notti in momenti diversi se il prezzo delle vacanze dell'anno differisce) che include 5 camere da letto ~ 5a camera da letto si apre in un seminterrato finito I bambini possono essere ospitati in molti modi diversi (tra cui letti singoli, letti a castello e letti aero).
C'è un sistema di gioco arcobaleno sulla nostra proprietà nel nostro cortile.
Siamo situati su 10 acri di terra con una grande area erbosa per far correre e giocare i bambini.

Check-in alle 15:00 e check-out alle 11:00 (e-mail per pre-approvare altri accordi in anticipo se disponibili).

NOTA BENE: non è consentito fumare all'interno della casa e sono ammessi solo cani di piccola taglia di peso inferiore a 20 sterline. Per favore prenditi cura di loro nella nostra casa come faresti nella tua.

La tenuta si affaccia sulla Hudson Valley e sulle montagne di Catskill e si trova a meno di 30 minuti dallo sci alpino e dalle escursioni nelle montagne di Catskill ea 15 minuti dalla passerella sopraelevata The Hudson con i suoi chilometri di piste ciclabili asfaltate che collegano Poughkeepsie a New Paltz. Altre opportunità di escursioni, sci di fondo e canoa nelle vicinanze sono la Riserva del bosco del Black Creek, Shaupeneak Ridge, John Burrough's Slabsides, Mohonk Preserve, Minewaska State Park the Wallkill e Rondout Creeks, passeggiate a cavallo e, naturalmente, il fiume Hudson. We fell in love with Hudson River Valley

This is a wonderful house for our group of 9. We have traveled the country over the past 20 years and this is one of the best houses we have stayed in. Roomy and comfortable with a great deck and view. Host was terrific and this house included everything we needed for a wonderful week. So much to do in the area, we all committed to a return trip!

Great family house with great views

This house is secluded on top of a hill overlooking the Catskills and Gunk mountains. Can’t beat the views and the size of the property. It easily accommodated the 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children. Comfy beds throughout. Big kitchen.

Family Trip

My family stayed at this property for a long weekend and it was wonderful. We absolutely loved sharing meals on the deck with the gorgeous view, having a blast in the pool and winding down every night by the fire. The house was so family friendly as we had 6 kids staying there and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to spend some time away.

Beautiful property, great family vacation!

We had a great time at Bella Vista. The house is very comfortable and cool during the heat of summer. For our group of 9 adults and two little kids, there was plenty of space to spread out as well as come together in the communal spaces. We enjoyed the pool and all of the balconies. The sunsets with beautiful mountain and water views were perfect each evening. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay, and communication with the hosts was very easy. We’d recommend this house and would gladly return!

Friends Summer Gathering

This house and property are beautiful. My spouse and I rented this house as a gathering spot to reconnect with friends from around the country. The setting and view is amazing. Nights by the fire, under the stars were a favorite pastime. The house is beautifully maintained and comfortable. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Cannot say enough good things about this home

This vacation was during a heat wave and the pool was wonderful and very clean. The house was immaculate when we arrived and there was nothing we could want. We had a BBQ the first night, propane provided by our hosts with extra tanks if needed. The kitchen was plenty large for all nine of us - our kids in their 40's and their kids - 9 in total. Every piece of equipment and pots, pans, dishes, utensils were abundantly provided, and we cooked 6 out of 7 nights. So much to do in the area and the house (with temps in the 90's most of the week outside) was nice and cool! We would all return without a doubt to have even more fun in the future!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Vista. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the tranquility while sitting outside to enjoy the view and sitting around the large kitchen table playing games at night :)

Spacious, well-stocked home with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay (4 couples + kids). The views are beautiful, house is spacious, kitchen very well stocked and functional. The open layout was GREAT for hanging out with a large group/cooking meals. The basement (with an added bonus of toys/games!) was a good space for the kids to play. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were much bigger with king beds and lots of extra space. Just something to know if you are splitting the house amongst a bigger group. The only downside was that there was a pretty major ladybug infestation while we were there - mostly in the kitchen area above/around the dining table and in 3 of 4 upstairs bedrooms. If it were just a few it would have been NBD, but there were a couple hundred in the 2 days we were there. Many were dead on the floors when we arrived (which we vacuumed..maybe the house hadn't been occupied in awhile?) & many live ones. They were irritating to have all around the dining table, and we found them on the bedspreads. Not sure if we just happened to be there at the perfect time for them to come, with the weather warming up a little, but we were surprised to have that volume inside the house. Anyway, it didn't ruin our stay but it was a nuisance. I did reach out to the owner asking if there was anything we could do (mainly to help them out because there were so many and didn't know if they were aware), and she let me know that we could vacuum them and they were harmless. Overall, the property is nice and we enjoyed our trip.

A great stay in a beautiful home!

Really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home! It's rare to find a place that can sleep so many. We did a getaway for the weekend with several other couples, and we were all able to sleep comfortably. Instructions were clear, and the host was extremely communicative and helpful! We loved having access to a big kitchen and the firepit and grill outside was such a treat. Only thing I'd say so folks in the future are aware, the 2 twin beds in the rooms are actually trundle beds. Just an FYI! 5 stars all around! Would come again!

Great family house with lots of room for all

We had 9 - Me & my husband, 2 of my sons and their wives, 3 of my sons who are single. Everyone had a nice room and there were plenty of bathrooms for all. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed lounging in the mornings while drinking coffee and playing family games at night. Hiking was also very good and town was cute.

Beautiful in every way

Beautiful views, lovely home, and easy to deal with owners all in a wonderful setting. If you are looking to get away from it all in a secluded Catskills location yet be close enough to good restaurants, lots of shops and plenty of outdoor activities, this is your place. We stayed here for four days and had a wonderful time - five stars all the way.

Great family weekend !

We had a fantastic family weekend at Bella Vista! The house is roomy, the fireplace created a lovely relaxing atmosphere, the kitchen had everything you’d need, and the views were so pretty! All of the bedrooms were beautiful, the house was decorated so nicely throughout. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Dream location!

This house was overwhelmingly beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. You have the entire top of the mountain to yourself, with unparalleled views and a gorgeous back deck to enjoy it all. The view from the master bedroom porch was my favorite! Sunset was utterly magical. The house has a stunning gourmet kitchen and the living spaces were perfect. Each bedroom was unique and inviting. If I could live here forever, I would! The hosts left firewood for us for the outdoor and indoor fireplaces and a tank of gas for the grill, which we used every day. If you are looking for a perfect gateway, look no further! We will be back!

A wonderful wedding weekend

We found this home a comfortable place for our family. Our grandkids especially loved the swing set, toys and open spaces available. The open kitchen, well stocked for cooking, was great. It is a little bit further away from Kingston then we had originally wanted but it was easy to get in town. And the view was worth it!! It was a very peaceful place to hang out.

The outdoor views are incredible. The last road leading to the house is a little tricky to navigate, especially at night. The kitchen is very well equipped. We only used the 4 bedrooms upstairs. Not sure about the basement accommodations.

Perfection

The setting was ideal! We needed a home base for our daughter’s wedding. The bridesmaids got ready at the house, which was perfect. The deck and sunsets were beautiful. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Loved this beautiful hideaway.

An Amazing Weekend with a Fabulous View

My girlfriends and I go away every summer for a long weekend and it is always a challenge to find somewhere to fit at least 10 people. We got to the house and just couldn't believe how great it was! Private property, on top of a hill, overlooking neverending mountains, the river and a lake! It was breathtaking! Such an eclectic assortment of furniture, art and decor! Always had something to admire. The bedrooms - were all large, the master with the deck and master bathroom - amazing! The kitchen and deck was our hangout for most of the weekend. The view - no words, and the beautiful tree with hummingbirds all day and butterflies was something to look at for hours. We talked about this being our go to in years to come. My contact with the owner was great, either through email or via texting. Highly recommended. Thank you! Lot's of great memories made and so many laughs.

A lovely and comfortable place for a reunion, with wonderful views

This is a spectacular place to stay! It has a beautiful view of the mountains and lakes, plenty of outdoor chairs on and around the deck to enjoy it. The interior of the house is lovely and spacious. It's elegant and comfortable at the same time. The adults loved the gourmet kitchen, and our four year-old granddaughter (who lives in a 2-bedroom apartment in Manhattan) asked, "Can we live here forever?" We certainly hope to be able to return for further family reunions...it's a perfect place for them. Our thanks to Alexandra for all of her help, and for the beauty of Bella Vista!
