Baite a Ultramort

“Great property, amazing staff, but old decor and missing decorations in rooms (very basic). Considering all i would stay again”

“Beautiful hotel! Staff were very helpful and recommended us some lovely restaurants. Pool area was well maintained and breakfast was fantastic.”

“Lovely friendly welcome with a glass of cold water offered. The receptionist showed us the amenities of the hotel and where our room was and went out of her way to make us welcome. We had an upgrade on our room which was much appreciated, it was so quiet and breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return on a night when the restaurant is open. Thank you again”

“Strategic location in costa brava, making it easy to access a variety of beaches and towns. Property is beautiful, great pool and bedrooms. Breakfast has few options but quality is great. Been there twice and really like it.”

“The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!”

Check in lento. Nessun aiuto a portare le valige in camera. Staff in generale svogliato e davvero poco preciso e di aiuto. Bagnino in piscina giovane ed inesperto. Staff bar molto sulle sue e poco di aiuto. Piscina sprovvista di servizio bar. Staff ristorante...

“Everything was amazing! The front desk lady was super nice and friendly, explained everything pretty well. The room was clean, organized, comfortable, and cozy. The breakfast was amazing! They had so many different options, fresh food and delicious drinks. Loved the place and everything!”

“Beautiful, quiet location. Photos on the website don't do the place justice. Came here to relax and experience a bit of Spanish culture and that was exactly what we experienced. We didn't want to hire a car and it was easy to get there by taxi from the airport (55 Euros). Lovely breakfast, chilled atmosphere at the pool even with kids around. My 12 year old son loved it all as much as we did including the spa. He got to practice a bit of the Spanish he is learning at school and I got to practise...
