“An amazing little spot hidden away in the town. So comfortable and clean. A gorgeous well thought out space, modern interior full of character it was a real treat to stay there. So relaxing still thinking about this gorgeous place a week later! We will be back. A gem of a find. Thank you”

“We had a fantastic long weekend on the Graythwaite estate. The property was immaculate and well equipped, with plenty of space for a large group and comfortable beds. If you like the Lakes and the activities it has to offer then this is a great place to stay. I would have given 5 stars but for the heating, which uses storage heaters and the property was cold in the evening, particularly on the first night. Also be wary of the fan/light over the hob which was very easy to bang your head on.”

“House was very spacious, view was incredible and we had off road parking. Unfortunately the house wasnt cleaned to a high standard, we were faced with dust, cobwebs and the last guests rubbish! The contact numbers left in the house were of two ladies who no longer look after the property! No wifi code! We also found bug faeces on a bed pillow. Hair and bugs in the bath!
