“Dual king bed rooms was great! Perfect for the family. We would’ve overlooked the ‘No Courtesy luggage hold’, the wet dog smell in the elevator, and broken night lamps. But even though we could have daily housekeeping we opted to do it just once during our 4 night stay to be eco-friendly and considerate. Just to find returning in the evening that the cleaning didn’t happen. All towels were still in the tub. All garbage bins were full. I left a tip and a thank you note for nothing. The...
