“We had a most marvellous break from the rat race of Johannesburg. Peace and quiet notwithstanding it was school holidays. Breakfast was a buffet of every one would expect and much much more. The staff were amazing. I am currently looking at the calendar to find another break time to be enjoyed at the Pearl. I am 71 and my girlfriend is 58. We both had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the restaurants on the premises. Thank you guys.”

“Good clean hotel that is close to Gateway shopping centre and great restaurants BUT the noise levels by Gauteng guests who were down for the July handicap were unacceptable. 3 star people in fancy clothes who thought it appropriate to run screaming down hallways. Of course, the hotel cannot control this (and I found the same when I went back to the Pearls). Not screaming but drunk as skunks and high as kites. What is happening South Africa?”
