Things which could be improved easily: - more careful room service (one day room was done by the housekeeping and the towel replacement was not provided, I had to call to have them back) - I had to ask for the shower mat and it disappeared again the following day. Looks like it’s not part of the standard provision - the sustainability policy for towels is just on the paper. Even if I left them hanging for reuse, these have been changed daily. “The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!”
